Naruto had experienced a lot ever since he was bitten by that radioactive spider as his life was changed forever. He initially used his power for selfish desires while disregarding his uncle's words about responsibility. Nathan later learned the hardway when he caught the mugger who murdered his uncle. Ironically, he was the very same mugger who Naruto allowed to escape.
That fateful day Nathaniel Benjamin Parker understood that, 'With great power comes great responsibility'.

He started to use his power more responsibly as The Amazing Spider-Man, swinging across the city and stopping crime became his regular routine.
Yet amidst the chaos and danger, Spider-Man also forged deep bonds. The Fantastic Four became like family, being a part time Avenger or teaming up with the X-Men, especially with Logan and Bobby, sometimes Deadpool.
As much as Spider-Man made friends he throughout his 12 year journey as Spider-Man had made several enemies.
Shocker was a big change compared to Nathan's usual muggers, bank robbers and arms dealer. Then followed the likes of Vulture, Electro, Rihno, Scorpion, Kraven, Doc-Ock, Lizard, Mysterio, Green Goblin, Venom, Carnage, Mr. Negative.....and many many more. Yup, he had a very big rouge gallery.
But some of his Villans had tortured him or made things worse for him on a personal level.
Miles Warren aka Jackal was the mastermind behind the whole bullshit 'Clone-Saga'. He destroyed the memory of his beloved Gwen Stacy by making a clone of her. He helplessly had to watch her die again unable to do anything, even if she was not the original, It was painful for him. So in that moment of rage, he had choked the Jackal to death. The mad scientist even made two clone of his which Warren thought would cause an identity crisis for Naruto. In the end, Nathan accepted both of his clones as his brothers.
One took the name Ben Reilly, becoming the hero Scarlet-Spider. While the other, He was wild and hotheaded. He took the name Kaine Parker, also known as Tarantula.
Cletus Kasady, a sociopathic serial-killer, aka Carnage was one of his worst and dangerous enemies. He brought a new level of horror to Nathan's battles. Carnage left an indiscriminate violence and destruction his path, even murdering children without any remorse including Leah, a girl Nathan had grown close t much to his horror. So to stop him, He had teamed up with Eddie, putting aside their differences, and ended for good.
Nathaniel Parker never regretted killing Norman Osborn. The Green Goblin had made it personal by murdering Gwen Stacy and later nearly killing his brother Ben Reilly. The final straw came when Osborn released the deadly bioweapon 'Devil's Breath'. Nathaniel didn't hesitate and ended Osborn's reign of terror once and for all.
