"hi mama" she yawned sitting up
"it's your birthday girl" I laughed as her eyes good wide and she stood up jumping
it was moments like this that made me love behind a mother

"am I gonna see daddy today" she asked sitting down at her table waiting on her ice cream that lori was making
"of course want me to call him" I pulled my phone and and called nardo giving her the phone
"IS DAT MY BABY GIRL WHO JUST TURNED FOUR" he yelled when it connected
"yes daddy I'm finna be grown soon" she said and I giggled

"here u go" lori walked up to the table putting down the Superman ice cream with sprinkles

"tank youuu" she said with a mouth full of ice cream making him laugh thru the phone
"I'm finna see u soon baby let me talk to mommy" she didn't even care she was fucking the ice cream up
"so we taking her to Chuck E. Cheese, water park then then skating right" he asked me and I nodded we always went all out for her birthday every year
"alright imma hit u when I'm on the way" he said and I nodded hanging up
