"Do we have to do this tonight?" Lorenzo sigh out tiredly as he held out a hand out towards his best friend after opening the car door for her. "Yes," Sonali states with an firm voice as she placed hed hand in his.

The male nods his head lightly, knowing that she was right. This talk with Liz had to happen tonight. It needed too.

She gives the man a smile before she got out of the car, her best friend closing the door behind her gently. "This will be fun, I think." She sighs out. "And eye-opening as well," she adds.

Enzo hums and he nods his head before the two started walking to the house that was before them. From what he'd heard, this Liz should have been a better mom.

He doesn't know what she went through and such and he's not downplaying it or anything but she's a mother. She should have know that she needed to protect her daughter when she knew of vampires.

And she knew they were back in town, she had too as the thing they first heard about Vicky with her getting bitten in her neck when she was in the woods. It should have been a clue. One that she'd see and yet she didn't do anything to at all protect her only child.

Did she care more about the town than her own daughter? Did she care more about work than Caroline?

Once they reached the door, Sonali rings the door bell before she looked down at her nails while waiting for the door to be opened. She was annoyed and pissed off as hell with Liz for this. She was mad at her own mom as well, maybe not as mad as she was at Liz but close?

Bonnie's a witch, she can't be compelled no matter what but that was all she was protected from really. And Grams knew that, that she needed more protection.

Yes Bonnie didn't believe the woman at first but there were so many ways to just make her believe. Lighting something on fire or levitating some feathers or some shit would have helped. She drank and then told Bonnie about witches without any sort of damn proof to even back it up, slurring her words cause of all the drinking. Of course the girl would think her Grams is insane as fuck.

Or just plain drunk.

Why would she believe a drunk woman about being a witch without any proof at all?

She soon looks up from her nails as she heard footsteps coming closer and closer to the door before they heard it unlock and soon open, causing her to blink in surprise. She and Enzo came face to face with Liz who wore a robe, the confusion evident on her face though it's quickly washed away at the sight of a familiar face.

"Sonali, I didn't know you were back," the woman says softly with a smile on her lips, glancing at the male that was near the woman wearily. "Yeah, came to town earlier today," Sonali says softly, tilting her head.

Her eyes were squinted as she eyes the woman before her. She was so lost at the moment. "Woman, did you just open this door without asking who the hell was on the other side of it?" She asks in disbelief and Liz lets out a sheepish laugh at her question.

She never saw a reason to do something like that. "I don't do that," she says and Sonali gave her a blank ass look, Enzo doing the same.

What the hell?

"This white woman is crazy," Enzo says to his best friend lowly enough for only her to hear, his lips barely even moving so that Liz couldn't tell he spoke. Sonali lets out a cough, hiding her small laugh. She couldn't help but agree.
