Oat fells asleep in blanket while watching tv with Four in his arms.

Four carry him inside in his arms.

"Hey did you had dinner" Four asks Gear.

"No dude I am still hungry let's order something" Gear said.

Four went out to take his phone and order something from his restaurant downstairs.

They sat and ate, Gear told him that his dad is buying a land on Gears name so that's why he might have to be there tomorrow for land registation, but he not sure.

As they went back to take shower, Four was checking some mails on laptop.

He walked in Gear looked worried.

"Four he has hight fever" Gear said.

Four sat beside.

"Lets wipe him" Four said.

"I'll wipe him, you look tired just go to sleep" Gear said looking at his friend who spent all day taking care of Oat.

Four lied beside Oat while Gear took off his cloths to wipe him with cold wipe cloth.

Four didn't realise when he slept while watching Oat's sweet face.

Gear wiped Oat thoroughly including his private parts. Then he made him wear fresh cloths and slept beside him.

Oat woke up at 4 am, as he was not able to breath because of tonsils and nose blockage.

Oat wakes up.

"Phi phi phi Four" Oat shakes Four.

As Gear is on the other side in deep sleep and Four was hugging Oat from back.

"Huh huh what happened" Four asks he gets up in hurry.

"Phi phi" Oat said turning around to Four.

"I can't breath phi help me huh huh" Oat cried.

"Oat you have high fever again" Four said as Oat started crying in his arms.

Four hugged Oat.

"Oat Oat calm down tell me what's wrong" Four said.

"Phi my throat is painting a lot" Oat said.

Four stroke Oat's back softly.

"Okay get up" Four said.

Four and Oat got up sitting on bed.

"Don't go huh don't go" Oat said when Four got up.

"Oat huh sweety lie down I'll bring you warm water and medicine that way you'll feel better" Four said consoling the kid.

"Huh huh Phi it's paining to much" Oat cried.

Gear woke up.

"Huh what happened Oat" Gear asked.

"Gear hold Oat, I'll bring him water" Four said.

"Oat come here" Gear pulled Oat like a little child in his arms.

"Phi it's paining a lot I can't breath" Oat cried he was in lot of pain.

"Oat it's gonna be fine just stay like this" Gear said.

Four went out to warm milk in warmer.

He prepared a special medicine that his mother use to make when he had cold (Kadha)

Oat started getting scared as he was in pain Gear stood with him supporting him.

After some time.

Four came back with a short of dark color medicine.
