Making Friends

"Mey-rin!" I hear a yell.

"Ah, hey Finny. This is Y/N. She'll be staying with us for a couple of days." She turns to me. "Ah, H-hello Lady L/N, I'm Finnian or Finny if you'd like."

"Nice to meet you, Finny." I smile and curtsy. "Ah, no need to be so formal." He laughs, I loosen my tense body, which I didn't even know was tense. "R-right, sorry." I apologise, which causes both Mey-rin and Finny to laugh.

"It's fine, it's just that since you'll be staying here for a while, you'll be seeing a lot of us, so you should get to be less tense." Mey-rin reassures me.

"Right." I smile confidently. I look up at the sky, it's starting to rain. I look back at Mey-rin. "Do you know where my room is?" I ask, embarrassed. She laughs. "Yeah, follow me." She wants back into the Manner, and I follow, Finny walks towards the greenhouse.

A FEW HOURS LATER

I hear a knock at my room door. "Come in?" I turn to it after finishing putting my F/C dress on. The door opens to see Sebastian standing at the doorway. "Dinner is ready, Lady L/N. Would you like me to escort you?" He asks. I nod, "Yes, please."

I follow him through hallways and down the grand-staircase and into a long and big room with a long table, looks like one that would be for a fancy party or a family gathering.

Sebastian leads me to a chair and pulls it out for me, I sit down, and he pushes it in. I look up to see Ciel to the right of me. "How have you been settling? I know it's only been a few hours since you've got here, but it is to your likings?"

Ciel asks, I nod, "Yeah, the place is lovely. Wish it was easier to navigate, though." I say with a laugh at the end. He chuckles, staring at me. "I see. How is your room? Is it up to your standard?" He asks.

"Oh, of course! The bedroom is lovely and I love the window especially. England doesn't have great weather, but it sure is beautiful when you look at it at the right angle." I say proudly.

"It sure does. But you know what is more beautiful than an England view?" He asks, holding a sly grin on his face. I answer, oblivious, "What is?" He chuckles. "You."

My face flushes red, and he just stares. "Wow, who knew you could get cuter?" He teases. Me, a flustered mess tries to re-gain myself. "W-well, thank you for your compliment." I take a deep breath.

Ciels PoV:

Woah, her blush made my heart pound. I can tell Sebastian is enjoying the view, too. I peek at Sebastian, seeing him staring at her, love-struck. I look back at Y/N. God, she's so cute.

Sebastian PoV:

I've never felt my heart beat so fast, and I didn't even know my heart could beat, I'm technically dead, I'm a demon, for god's sake! But woah, her face is so beautiful and cute. And she has such a baby face! I just wanna pinch her baby cheeks, and I'm not only talking about the face.

Back to Y/Ns PoV:

I regain my composure and see Mey-rin walk in, pushing a tray of food. Yum! I was so flustered that I didn't even notice how hungry i was. My stomach growled as the food was put in front of me. But I can't eat it instantly, I have to be patient and respect that I have to wait for Ciel to start eating, it's table rules.

I look at Ciel, puppy eyes. Practically begging for him to start eating. He stares into my eyes before letting out a soft chuckle. He takes a fork and scoops some vegetables into his mouth, chewing.

I grab a fork and start eating immediately after he swallows, cooking some mash and veg only my fork and chewing down, not even finishing to swallow before cutting up some chicken.

AFTER DINNER

It was getting late, and Sebastian escorted me back to my room. He walks in front of me, but I can see that his ears and red blush?

I reach my room, I change into my pj's and watch the sunset before drowsing off to sleep.
