shourya:u came

saying he excitedly moves towards the entrance

swara:[smiles]meri bachchee...

she hugs him

shourya hugs her back and moves towards sanskar and streches his hands

swara was surprised

sanskar smirks seeing swara's expression and takes shourya in his arms

swara:[monolouge]isko kya hua..kuch toh hua hai..

sanskar:im hearing

swara:what game are u playing?

sanskar:[sits on the couch resting his arm around the couch]game?

swara:how can chotte suddenly like being with u?im sure that u have did something

sanskar:[laughs out]black magic...happy now?

swara:[fumes]answer me u idiot

sanskar:love...[swara looks on]i thought that by not expressing my love for him,he would stay happy and away from all problems due to my job but now i realised that,by doing that i have made a grave mistake...now im trying to bridge the gape bewteen me and my son,so that he cant live a second without me.

swara:[goes towards him and bend towards his face and pats his cheeks]beta sanskar..i very well know y u r doing this...i very well know how to counter ur act..so keep ur filthy stunt away..u jerk

she looks straight into his eyes and glares at him and turns to leave when sanskar holds her hand and pushes towards him leading swara to sit on his lap

keeping his hands around her waist and placing his chin over her shoulder,he closes his eyes

swara:leave me

sanskar:shh....not a word

just shourya comes there

he smiles seeing swara and goes towards the couch and keeps his head over swara's lap

now she is stucked from both side..she cant move a bit

swara:sir...aapke saath kuch discuss karna hai mujhe

KD:yes swara

swara:custody case hai

KD:kis ke khilaaf?

swara:no sir...i was just asking

KD:it depends swara...majority cases its the mother who gets sole custody of the child..some cases when mother is financially weak,court would sometime give more preference to father...

swara:what if father have any criminal cases pending and all

KD:no court would provide custody to such father..naya case hai kya?

swara:shayad...

KD:sometime child can decide at which side he or she should stay...if child says that they prefer father over mother,then court will go through that more deeply

swara:it will take a while right?

KD:court proceedings is not that easy my child...

swara:ha sir....

KD:kal toh tumhara pehla case hai naa..preparation kaise hua

swara:good sir

KD:it should be the best...always remember that we should always fight for justice,everything is not about money.
