My orbitofrontal cortex appears to be stimulated by these noises and the flashing lights. My brain seems to be releasing dopamine at the same time.

The game zone is a stress reliever. You will enjoy it regardless of your age. Dhruvi invited me here to spend Sunday with her.

My best friend is busy shopping right now, so I am standing alone with a popsicle she gave me. The incident from yesterday remains visible and plays back like a videotape.

"Darling, do not pull that face. You are making everyone fall in love with your face," Dhruvi said with a sly flutter in her eyes.

"Your popsicle is melting. Did you invite me so I could carry your bags and Popsicle while you were shopping?" Reet's eyes narrowed accusingly at her best friend.

"Yes, of course," Dhruvi exclaimed enthusiastically, showing her teeth.

She sighed as she carried the other bags she had purchased a while ago. "Why don't you get yourself a boyfriend? "I will be free of this torture."

"What? Why? I am your best pal. Your better half. Can not you bear my burden? Darling, you are breaking my heart? Can you see me with anyone else? Say, please tell me; I want to hear it from you. Even if it breaks me down, I will..."

Dhruvi acted humorously.

"Stop it; my ear will bleed. I am already feeling down about the bathroom incident. I felt embarrassed. That was the first time. I can not get myself to forget it." Reet wept without tears. She ate the french fries while making a face.

Dhruvi saw her bestie's antics and placed the waffles on her plate, "Dude, you are thinking too much. It is not a big deal. Okay, it happens. Take your head out of there. Have this, it is your favorite."

Tell me about Sharad. How was your date? "How is he?"

Dhruvi asked to try to change the topic.

"Good. "Not bad."

"Oh, my baby has grown up. You went on a first date with a boy. Congratulations. Yohoo." Dhruvi exclaimed excitedly.

"How is Sharad? Tell me more about him," she said.

"I do not remember much. He was good, though. I did not enjoy the dinner. It was not to my taste." Reet looked up from her plate to see Dhruvi give a defeated expression. "What?"

"Nothing. I will set up another date for you. This time, much better than he."

"Are you leaving your corporate job to be a matchmaker for me?" Let me breathe, bro. "I do not want to go on any dates right now."

"Are not you the one who said I am almost 30 and have never dated or experienced love? Dhruvi commented.

"What about that guy in the restroom?" Why did he follow you? And why did you run like that?" Dhruvi was perplexed when Reet forced her to drive as fast as she could before Rahas noticed.

"I thought he wanted to confront me. I stomped on his feet. I did not want to appear foolish in front of Sharad, so when I saw him approaching, I took that action. Your timing was superb. "You saved me." She spoke.

"I have a good feeling about your story with Chef. It all begins when you first see him on the day of your transfer. Amazingly, you fought discrimination and survived after joining the hospital.

Dhruvi knew what had happened to her best friend. She could see how much she enjoyed her job. When she was falsely accused, she cried a lot but did not break down. She was not upset or disturbed when she got home from the hospital that day. Dhruvi was pleased to see her fighting again, laughing and whining.

Rahas was preparing vegetables for his new recipe. A chef's specialty is to generate new ideas based on inspiration.

He then prepared the seasoning by adding salt and pepper. He dipped his pinky finger, tasted it, and covered it before putting it away.

Slicing off the top half of the loaf of bread, leaving a shell that is 2 cm thick. He doused both halves with the basil mixture. He toasted the bread slightly for ten minutes in the oven.

He then spread a single layer of tomatoes across the bottom half of the bread and seasoned it with salt, pepper, and 1 teaspoon vinegar.

Garnish with the remaining tomatoes and vinegar, then gently press the top half of the bread, cheese side down. He used a serrated knife to cut it into four pieces. And the toasted tomato basil sandwich is ready to serve right away.

He jotted down his ingredients and pointed to the recipe. He was content with his efforts. He ate his sandwich after smelling it and found it "delicious."

"The New Menu of the season is ready."

He closed the notebook and kept it aside as he got a phone call.

"Hello, yes sure. I will be there shortly."

"Max take over the kitchen. I'm heading outside. It's urgent."

"What it is? Got a call from the hospital?" His closest friend Max asked.

Sanjeevni Hospital

"BREAKING NEWS: Two horrifying accidents on Memorial Park Road, including a serial collision involving four vehicles, claimed the lives of five people."

"The deceased have been identified, and those who suffered severe injuries have been transported to the hospital. The reasons for this accident are still unknown."

Dr.Reet was on the ground when the ER department paged her for an emergency. She wore her apron and rushed to the front with her colleague Dr.Roma.

They noticed that Head Nurse Paulomi and Dr. Abeer were attending to a hemothorax patient, while Dr. Emanuel pushed the stretcher of a critical patient with a ruptured spleen to the hybrid room and requested an x-ray and CT scan.

"Has he injured his head?" Dr. Koel, the assisting doctor, inquired about wearing the gloves.

"It says no internal bleeding in his head." After reviewing the reports, Dr. Reet stated, "He hurt the left side of his stomach, which turned purplish and was tender to the touch. "This is the result of the ultrasound."

Dr. Murthy, the anesthesiologist, checked the patient's vital signs and requested more O-blood bags.

"Do you have surgical experience with splenorrhaphy?" Dr. Emanuel asked the new transfer doctor.

"You take the lead then." Following Reet's affirmative response, he removed the surgical gloves and left the OT.
