In Gehena there are several demon types including; Time, Destruction /Rot, Flames, Water, Insects, Earth, Spirits, and light. Usually demons like to mate with demons of the same type. Sometimes however, two different demons will mate. Usually the offspring will have one of the two parent 's types. It is rare for the types to mix, and even more rare for them to make a new class. Two unlucky demon parents of different types had to experience this rarity. Their child, didn't have either the time or the spirit types. It had something new, something dangerous. The parents tried to raise their kid in secret, and for fourteen years they did, untill the other demons found out. Outrage consumed the other demons, and the parents were killed in blind rage. The same mob who was so set on killing the offspring, only slowed her time to escape as they bickered over her demise.
Anya Pov
Hot tears streaked my face, they killed them! Those......those.......monsters! My feet ached from running, but I couldn't stop, I had to find it! The gate to Assiah was my only hope to survive.

You're the new monster under the bed, sweety. You are unique, new!" Mommy laughed.

"There is something Daddy and I need to talk to you about."

That day, I was taught about all of Gehena and it's cruelty. That, one day I would need to find the gate, and leave this place forever. I had heard that the gate is in the festering fields, part of insect demon teritory. I kept running, afraid that if I stopped I would be snatched up. My lungs burned, and my throat felt like nails were hammered into it. I triped, and landed in some kind of ooze. The gate! As I went through the gate, a dread seemed to fill my thoughts. I gas falling. The gate between the worlds has me entering assiah from thirty feet from the air!

When I came back from cram classes, a girl was right in front of the my dorm, bleeding, and unconscious.
