Drew just scoffed. Liam giggled a little while looking to the right, just to see Henry's house on the side. He thought Henry would notice but he just kept walking. Drew did notice though. He stopped as well.
"Why did you guys stop?"
"Your house is right there dimwit."
Henry looked as well and started to walk over to his house. Henry just waved and the others said bye to each other. The two just started to walk forward.
"Your house is... a little far, would it be okay if you just went to mine? "
Drew just nodded as he looked the other way. He seemed nervous, Liam thought. He just brushed it off, thinking it was just nothing
Liam's house wasn't far, he lived somewhat close to Henry. He walks toward his house and looks behind him to make sure he's following.
He makes it to the door and and gets his keys from his pocket. He pushes them in and twists, opening the door.
"Come on in."
He scoots to the side and Drew goes in. Then he follows after. His house isn't dirty but Drew notices that he didn't see a car outside "maybe there at work?" Thought Drew.
They both go up to the stairs and into Liam's room. "Well here comes the dirtyness.. " Drew thought.
"Sorry about the mess hehe.. If you want we could-"
"LIAMMMMM!!!!!!!!"
Drew turns over to see a little girl with gapped teeth and a ponytail running into the room.
"Hey bud! Uhm I have a friend over right now, and weren't you supposed to go with mom for 'bring your kid to work day'? "
Drew just kind of sits there trying to piece everything together. He's a little dumbfounded but he looks at the little girl in front of the room. He inspects her. She has a hair color sort of like Liam's but lighter, and has freckles as well. Then it clicks.
"Dude you have a sister? "
Liam just kind of looks kind of nervous but smiles and says-
"Yeah.. Guess I never told you guys. "
Liam stops his hug with his sister and steps backwards. His little sister looks over at Drew and waves at him.
"Hii Liam's friend!!! "
"Hi."
He looks around seemingly nervous. 'I genuinely don't know what to say' Drew thinks. "go play with your toys, Alice."
"Fine, but when is mommy coming home?" Alice asks and cocks her head to the side. Liam, simply ignoring him, just pushes his little sister out of the room gently.
