"Mommy who is that?" said by a confused 5 years old Nica who saw the baby in her mother's hand, "It's your little sister Nica" saiba by their mother

"I think we can go home now" said by their father

" Daddy" said by Cassandra who is now being hold by Gabriel " Ow baby" said by their dad, Gabriel then let go of Baby Cass and Cassandra ran to her dad " daddy I miss you" said by baby Cass

but her dad seem to notice something else, her dad notice her breathing is uneasy but shake it of by thinking that it's all normal

"Miss you too my little princess" said by her dad "How About us dad?" Said by 11 years old Alessia " Haha of course I miss you all, come here" said by their dad they come closer and hug their dad

"Hi hon, miss u" said by their mother and peck a kiss on their dad

They then have a dinner

5months late

The kids are playing and then suddenly Cassandra walks up to them and breathes uneasy " Mommy hurt" said by Cassandra pointing her chest "po? Are you ok Cass?" Said by her mom, but suddenly Cassandra lost consciousness

Then all of them panick and "Matteo tell our driver to ready the car" said by their dad who just come out after drinking water

Their dad carried Cassandra to the car,
" Mommy can I come?" Said by the nervous Gabriel " of course baby but I suggest that only Matteo and Gabriel come to us, and the other stays here with Nonna(grandma) and lolo-dad, then I'll call them to let them know if you guys can go their na ok" said by their mom "ok mommy/mom" sad by the 5

Hospital

"Oh Mr. Gambino your here" said by the doctor "Doc I need your help, Cassandra became Unconscious suddenly " " ok I'll check her" said by the doctor

30 minutes later

"Ok I know what happen na" said by the doctor " What is it doc? Is she alright?" Said by their mom "Everything is good but she has a symptom of this sickness" said by the doctor " what sickness is it doc?" Said by Matteo "She has asthma, and she needs fast medication" The family was shocked by what they heard

"I suggest you go to America for a better treatment."
