"Green really suits you, you know?" It was middle school graduation, and both of you, Y/N and Kinich, were wearing black graduation caps and capes. Your hands were full of flowers from your parents, and his too.

"You think so?" You chuckled, feeling your cheeks warm slightly at his compliment.

"You should wear this color more often," he said, stepping a little closer as you both turned towards the camera. The P.E. hall was filled with students, the air buzzing with cheers and camera flashes.

"I think the suit looks good on you too," you teased lightly. "You look like a real gentleman."

Kinich chuckled, the two of you catching each other's eyes for a brief moment before turning your attention to the black device in front of you.

Y/N stood in front of the mirror, smoothing down the delicate fabric of her dress. It was vintage-inspired, something her mother had kept from her own youth, now passed down for special occasions like this. The dress was an ethereal shade of ivory, soft and flowing like a whisper, falling just past her ankles. Its high neckline was adorned with intricate lace that stretched down the sleeves, brushing against her skin with a gentle touch.

The bodice hugged her frame delicately, cinching at the waist before cascading into a flowing skirt that moved effortlessly with each step. The lace on the sleeves and neckline added a romantic, old-world charm that made her feel like she’d stepped out of a time long past. She turned slowly, watching how the fabric caught the light, shimmering faintly in the afternoon glow.

"You look amazing, Y/N!" Ayaka, with her ice-blue hair, hugged her waist from behind. "You're going to shine like a star with this dress," she said, meeting Y/N’s eyes in the mirror. They both looked stunning, the night ahead felt like it was truly theirs.

"Does green really suit me? I don’t look too weird, right?" Y/N asked nervously, spinning around again, waiting for her best friend's reassurance.

"It absolutely does," Ayaka replied, her voice filled with confidence.

As they reminisced about old class memories while slipping into their heels, they headed downstairs where Ayaka's brother, Ayato, was waiting in the car.

"Hello, Ayato," Y/N greeted him with a wave, making him smile warmly.

"You both look fabulous," he said with a grin. "I’m lucky to be in the company of two beautiful ladies."

They giggled, enjoying the lighthearted compliment as the night began to unfold.

"So...are you really going to do it, Y/N?" Ayaka asked suddenly, her tone serious.

Y/N felt her throat tighten, swallowing hard. "Yeah... I can’t keep holding these feelings in until the day I die, right? I have to tell him and move on." She fiddled nervously with the edge of her sleeve.

As they approached the venue, the loud music began to fill the air, excitement bubbling inside them. They touched up their makeup one last time before stepping out of the car.

"Have fun," Ayato called after them, "and call me when you're ready to head home."

The bright neon lights flickered ahead as they blinked against their glare, weaving through the crowd toward the blonde twins, excitement pulsing through their veins. The night was full of possibilities, but Y/N's heart was heavy with anticipation.

As Y/N and Ayaka walked through the crowd, their steps quickened with anticipation. The atmosphere was electric, filled with laughter, music, and the energy of youth. They soon spotted Lumine and Aether, the blonde twins, who were waiting for them by the entrance of the venue.
