I was about to leave to go to work and I got a text from marjorie
'Hey, char i got a meeting today, so you have to cover for me and I already sorted out cover for the room so your all good'

'Ok, marjorie, thanks for that. I wish you the best for your meeting'

'Thank I don't think I will enjoy it as it's with all the main managers have a good day at work'

'Ok bye'

'Bye'

I got to work and put in the code in, and walked in, going to the office. As I was about to walk through the door, I saw mia marjorie didn't say anything about mia being her

'Hi mia, what are you doing here? i thought aut was her'

'Hey char, I am covering for aut as she is not well, so we will be working together today.'

'Ok then'

As char sat down I I carried on doing work as she was doing paper work there was the silence was awful it not as fun as being with the kids playing with them char was listening to music all I heard was little hums of the music that she was listening to it was quite relaxing to hear the noise and it was not dead silence.

I took out my headphones and was going to go to the staff room to have a tea as I didn't get to have one this morning before I left the office I ask mia if she wanted one and she said yes so I went to the staff room and made two teas and I gave it to mia
'Here you go, mia'
'Thank char'
I sat back down and did more work, but I hated it so much as I would rather work with children them cover for marjorie, but she is my friend, and I will do it for her but I don't know how she does it everyday as I'm getting so tired from do it

I went to the staff room so i could see carly as we needed a catch-up, but after 10 mins, she had to get back to work, so I scroll on my phone then after 20 mins I felt a hand on me

'Char wake up'
I got up, and I didn't release that I fell asleep, and I looked up to see who it was, and it was mia
'Have a good nap sleepy head'

'Don't call me sleepy head' while  laughing. I got up from where I was sitting and making a tea to wake me up and went back in the office and do more work until I leave, which is gonna be 4 hours. Me and mia got back to work for another 4 hours to go.

While working, mia and I had conversations upon conversation, which was really nice how quickly our bond was, and I gave her my phone number, and she smiled at me as we were slowly becoming friends
Which was surprising as I got told before she even came she was a rude and mean red head but I she a really nice read

Work is now finished, so I packed up my thing and was ready to leave, but then mia stopped me

'Have a nice weekend, Char.'
'You to mia bye'

When I was walking out, I felt something inside of me that felt different, and I couldn't describe it, but it was a good feeling that felt amazing. My phone started to ring and it was marj

'Hey marj, how was your meeting'

'Hey char, that meeting was like any other meeting that you do, and omg, I thought at one point I was going to kill myself.'

'Oh, that bad is it'

'So how did your day go char? I'm so sorry to tell you that mia was going to be there'

'It was actually really good as me and mia spoke like we knew each other, so I gave her my phone number
And this is the funny part I fell asleep in the staff room, and mia called me a sleepy head when she got me up.'

'That sounds like you had a good day them. I have to go now, so see you tomorrow, bye'

'Bye'

I got in my car and put on my playlist and salor song came on and I put down the windows and sang my heart out by the time I knew it I was at home so I got out of the car and walk I  and I had to go and get food as I'm starving so I got food and watch a movie as well until my phone went off looking at it it was mia

'I know this is random but how old are your daughters'

'That is not random at all so my oldest
Coco she 5 and my youngest izzy she 2 but they are staying at their dad's and I miss them so much but I will get them tomorrow for a couple of week

'Awwww, they are only babies, and they got really cute names'

They spoke for hours after that, and before Char knew it, she fell asleep of the sofa smiling to herself
