"For those of you who have not finished the final chapters of Huckleberry Finn, you may use this time to do so. For those of you who have, you can start on your essay now." the teacher announced.
"Which task you choose, do it silently." she added before sitting down. Rory and Phoebe took this as the perfect time to get started on the essay. Phoebe started to write down on her notebook about the novel. So did Rory.
As soon as the class got quiet, four girls, most likely friends, started passing around nail polish. The blonde friend looked behind and saw the twins writing. "Maybe it's a love letter." she whispered with a smirk, catching her friends attention.
"Or her diary." the ginger said, "Could be a slam book." the other added. The girl who was sitting in front of Phoebe turned around to look at her before turning to look at her sister.
Scoffing, she said, "It's the assignment." sitting back down in her seat with a look of disgust.
Rory and Phoebe smiled to theirselves before looking at each. As soon as they looked at each other they quickly looked back to their work knowing one of them was about to laugh.

It was the end of the school day and the two Gilmore sisters were walking with the Kim twins to their mom's antique store, which was also their house. Rory was talking about what had happened in English. "Was it a good color at least?" Lane, Julian's twin, asked, laughing. Rory shook her head, "It had sparkles in it."
