Be Careful [Niall Horan]

'Shit, we need to hurry up Matt!' I looked at the clock. It was already 2:15pm and the contest would start at 3pm.

'Why do we always have to rush when we do something together?' Matt laughed while opening the door.

I quickly threw my keys at him. 'You're driving since you've been there a few times.'

'Okay, okay.' He agreed.

Sometimes I have those days that I'm in a rush, but I'll always make it to my appointment.

I quickly checked my outfit once and walked outside where Matt was already waiting for me. He started the engine and drove off to Emirates Stadium.

I'm Iris just a normal 19 years old girl from Surrey who has moved to London. I study psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London.

I have a brother called Matt and we are very close to each other. The most siblings always complain about each other or are having a fight, but we don't.

After approximately 30 minutes of driving we arrived at Emirates Stadium where Derby County would play against Arsenal.

He quickly parked my car at the parking lot and we headed to the vip area. We took the escalator to go the area. We walked through some corridors and finally found our way to the area.

'Hello.' We got greeted by a man who checks tickets.

'Hello.' We both said politely and gave our tickets to the man.

'Have fun and running through the corridors is not allowed.' The man gave us our tickets back.

'Thank you.' We both said politely again.

We walked to the vip area and sat down on the chairs. It was really comfortable actually. The stadium was filled with thousands of exciting people.

Matt brought me back to reality. 'It's starting Iris.' Matt pushed my shoulder gently.

'Oh uh.' I smiled widely. Matt turned his head around and a smirk appeared on his face while he shook his head.

The contest started and the players appeared on the football field. They sang their national anthem while the flags were taking their moment of fame on the field.

'I'm gonna get something to drink. Do you want something too?' I asked Matt after 30 minutes of watching. 'I want to avoid the bustle.'

'Coke is fine.' Matt said.

I walked to the canteen and saw a blonde haired boy sitting on one of the chairs.

'Can I order two cokes please?' I asked the bartender and sat down on one of the chairs.

'Hey' The blonde boy 1,5 meters away from me said.

I looked up to face him. I got a weird feeling through my body when I looked at him. He looked absolutely beautiful. The way how his blue eyes stared at mine, the way how his hair was being pushed back, I just can't find the words for it.

'Hey.' I said back and smiled a little.

The bartender put two cokes in front of me. I showed him my vip ticket so I wouldn't have to pay.

'Are you a fan of Derby or Arsenal?'

'No, I don't like football at all.' I laughed a little. Great explanation Iris, great explanation!

'What are you doing here then?' The boy laughed too.

'Well, my friend is a huge Derby fan and when she heard they had a football match in London she wanted to go so bad. You could win tickets for this event via CapitalFm. I wanted to surprise her and win tickets for her. So I called CapitalFm and told the reason why I wanted to win the tickets and I won. But she couldn't make it today.'

'That's very lovely from you. Are you here alone, though?'

'Thanks. No, I'm here with my brother.'

'That's also fun, isn't it?'

'Yeah it is.'

'I'm Niall.' He stood up from his chair and sat down beside me. I could smell his cologne.

'Nice to meet you. I'm Iris.'

'Nice to meet you too.'

We talked a little more and surprisingly we didn't have any moments of silence at all. I felt really comfortable around him.

'Do you like One Direction?' Niall asked me.

'They have great music. I've listened to their latest album Midnight Trees I guess and it was great.'

'Midnight memories.'

'That's what I meant.' I laughed about myself. 'I'm not a fan of them and don't really know them but from what I've heard is great, but why?'

'Just asking.'

'Okay.'

'I'm gonna go back to my seat, but it was a pleasure to meet you. Hope to see you again someday.' He gave me a warm smile.

'Same to you Niall.' I smiled back at him.

I grabbed the two drinks in front of me and walked back to Matt.

'Where have you been?' Matt asked me as I sat down on the chairs beside him. Just in time because the break started.

'Getting drinks.'

'Right.' Matt smiled at me.
