🐉Chapter 6 - The Stars Rise

(A/N: yall this will be a two or three-parter since this is about ken's life & the theater arc so pls keep that in mind!!)

Kenneth's POV:

After several intense days of hard work and creative collaboration, my film production group and I finally wrapped up our latest project, The Star. We carefully polished the video, ensuring every detail was just right before handing it over to Mr. Matt. The anticipation was palpable as we eagerly hoped for its acceptance by Jamie Productions, a company we admired. Days turned into weeks, each moment filled with a mix of excitement and anxiety as we checked our phones and emails repeatedly, waiting for any news. Finally, we received a message from Mr. Matt, and the moment felt monumental as we prepared to discover our fate.

MattDavien - "Good news, they accepted it! And they want it to be performed live at the Stellar Theater!" Mr. Matt messaged in my class's group chat.

KaiBaby - "Thanks, Mr. Matt!" Kai, one of the editors, thanked him.

Kenneth_Ellis (❤️) - "So, what time should we meet?"

MattDavien - "They said tomorrow after school."

Lily_🌼 - "Okay. See you guys tmrw!"

I felt relieved and I had to text Logan about this!

Kenneth_Ellis (❤️) - "Logan! My team's film got noticed by Jamie Productions!!"

Fire_BombDude153 (💙) - "rlly? congrats!!"

Kenneth_Ellis (❤️) - "Yep! And they want it to be performed live!"

Fire_BombDude153 (💙) - "ken, this is great 4 u! this is like a one-in-a-million opportunity!"

Kenneth_Ellis (❤️) - "Thanks. Well, my team and I need to discuss it now! So, bye!"

Fire_BombDude153 (💙) - "kay, bye!!"

THE NEXT DAY:

The final bell rang, signaling the end of another school day, and my teammates and I eagerly gathered our belongings, hearts racing at the thought of meeting the legendary Jamie Glourie in the vibrant city of Legendfir.

As we arrived, I was immediately captivated by the stunning skyline that spread before us. The centerpiece was the awe-inspiring Legendfir Entertainment Tower, a colossal structure boasting 70 to 100 floors. Its sheer height towered above the surrounding buildings, casting a shadow that felt both exhilarating and a bit intimidating. The tower glinted in the sunlight, reflecting the city's bustling energy and innovation.

Upon entering the tower, we were enveloped by an atmosphere of modern elegance. The lobby featured gleaming marble floors that shimmered under the soft, ambient lighting, while striking pieces of contemporary artwork adorned the walls, each piece telling its own story. The air was filled with a sense of anticipation and excitement as we waited for our encounter.

Just then, to our delight and surprise, Jamie Glourie himself appeared. With a warm smile that radiated genuine kindness, he greeted us as if we were old friends. The anxiety we had felt moments before melted away in the presence of his charisma and approachability.

"Nice to meet you all! Oh, you must be the one who made The Star! It's a pleasure to meet you!" Jamie says as he shakes my hand.

❤️ - "It's a pleasure to meet you too, Mr. Jamie..."

"So, your practice for the show starts tomorrow. Here's the card for the hotel room, it's on the 129th floor. See you folks tomorrow!"

"Thank you, Jamie. See you tomorrow."
