"Dear, look, our child is now opening his eyes!" A deep, booming voice, filled with joy, echoed from a few feet away. The speaker, a man in his late 30s with a face crinkled in a wide grin, was beaming down at a tiny bundle in a crib.

"Honey, don't bother him," a softer, but equally warm voice responded from directly in front of the bundle. This was a woman, also in her late 30s, her eyes sparkling with love as she cradled the baby in her arms.

The baby, whose name was (Y/N), felt a jolt of shock as he became aware of his surroundings. His mind was a whirlwind of confusion. "What's happening? Where am I? Who am I? Who are these people?" He thought to himself, struggling to make sense of the situation.

He looked up at the smiling faces above him, feeling a wave of awkwardness wash over him. He didn't know these people, and the woman holding him so tightly seemed to be treating him like... well, like a baby.

(Y/N) wanted to ask a million questions, but he couldn't. He tried to speak, but all that came out were gurgling sounds, the kind only a baby could make. Panic welled up inside him. "Why am I a baby?" he thought, his mind racing. He desperately tried to remember what had happened before this.

Then, a flash of memory, a chilling one. He recalled being killed, not long ago, by a man who had hated his ending. "An ending of a story can lead to death?" he thought, his heart pounding. What kind of ending did that man want? He shook his head, trying to push the memory away. But then, another memory surfaced. He saw a panel, glowing with light, welcoming him to the world of Solo Leveling.

"Fuck! What am I going to do?" he panicked. He was actually in the world he had created with his pen and paper. Knowing his luck, if he became a hunter, he would either be killed immediately or given a pathetically weak power that would make him suffer.

He didn't notice that someone was feeding him. He was too stunned, the sensation of being fed both familiar and foreign. He didn't want to say anything, not wanting to acknowledge the woman holding him, who he realized was his mother. He just kept feeding, the milk soothing him as he drifted off to sleep.

"He acts just like you," the woman chuckled, her eyes sparkling with amusement as she looked at her husband. The man leaned down, kissing his wife's forehead before gently kissing the baby's hand. "Of course, he's our child," he said, his voice filled with pride. "The child created by both of us, a unity beyond anything else." His wife smiled back, returning his kiss with a tender touch to his chin. They were a picture of a happy family.

And (Y/N), nestled in his mother's arms, drifted off to sleep, unaware of the incredible journey that lay ahead of him.

"It's (Y/N)'s birthday!" Yuna, (Y/N)'s mother, exclaimed, her voice brimming with happiness. It was the day her son was born, a day she never thought would come. And now, her baby was turning one. She had been preparing for this day for weeks, no, months, her excitement bubbling over like a pot about to boil.

"Honey, just don't go crazy with the party," Kent, (Y/N)'s father, chuckled, trying to calm his wife's enthusiasm. He still remembered their anniversary, when he thought it was going to be a quiet dinner for two, only to find out Yuna had invited both families and all their friends. It had been a wild, unforgettable experience, but seeing Yuna so happy, he couldn't bring himself to be angry. He appreciated her effort, even if it meant his bank account took a hit.
