Naruto was fully recovered, evident from the countless times he jumped and ran around the house.

Sakura was tempted to tie him down to keep him from moving. A week after the blonde's awakening, they had tested his strength and chakra. Naruto had tightly hugged Hinata upon seeing her again, looking stunning with her long hair and soft eyes - Sakura's infatuation now made perfect sense to him.

Two days after returning to the world of the living, he had gone with Kakashi, still remembering how he entered through the window at nearly midnight.

The blonde was grinning excitedly, Sakura was shaking her head, as they jumped from rooftop to rooftop. Naruto was determined to reach Kakashi's house. When they arrived, the blonde peeked through Hatake's window and carefully tapped twice on the glass. The Sixth Hokage was engrossed in reading on his bed.

After a few seconds without a response, Naruto tapped again, and this time, there was action. Hatake leaned out the window, and the blonde followed suit.

Boo!" Naruto startled his sensei, who took a few steps back, surprised and holding a kunai.

But upon realizing it was his blonde student, he grabbed and pulled him inside. Sakura watched amused as Naruto was dragged in, and after a few seconds, she followed, climbing through the window to see her sensei rubbing his face against Naruto's cheek, holding him captive so he wouldn't escape.

She smiled affectionately, seeing two of the most important men in her life; two more were still missing, Sai and Sasuke.

Sakura knew Sai was happy with Ino, but Sasuke's whereabouts remained a mystery. She could pretend indifference, but Sasuke was her teammate and had been important to her for a long time. Now, her eyes only focused on the blonde's smile.

That carefree boy was one of the most important people to her, and if she saw him in danger, she wouldn't hesitate to kill, regardless of her medical rank.

Currently, Naruto lay happily in the courtyard, bathed in sunlight and smiling. Chakra tests showed it was still difficult for him to perform large-scale jutsu. He could manage a Rasengan, but not his other techniques. His clones were also affected; he could only create about twenty.

His grandmother had spoken with Kurama, concluding that within months, he'd regain full chakra control and return to normal. Frustrated, he now relied solely on taijutsu, but he was fine. He wasn't among the best in that area, but he defended himself well.
