Wrong Time// Lee Eunhyuk

"Is that Hyun su!?" Chaerin exclaimed who was standing behind Eunhyuk while observing the guy from the security camera in the elevator. "Oh god!" She whispered. "You know him?" Eunhyuk turned to her. Chaerin nodded while keenly observing the guy. But suddenly, the monitor and other lights turned off.

"Oh my God! I hope he's gonna be okay" she prayed. "Why are you so worried about him?" Eunhyuk asked her while frowning. "Of course. He's my friend" i think.  She thought.

Eunhyuk nodded, "i need to find Yikyung. Come with me." He said and grabbed her wrist and walked out from the room. "Ah there she is" Chaerin pointed and walked towards her. "Can you be in the management office?" Eunhyuk spoke with urgency.

"I need to check the electrical room. I saw some places with lights on outside. A blackout would affect the whole district." He explained. Yikyung thought about it, "only this building is experiencing issues." "I'll find out when i go to the electrical room." He said making Chaerin frown.

"Thats the only food we have left so we need to hurry" he said. Hearing this, Sukhyun frowned, "what? Do you think this is all yours?" He spoke with anger. "Dont be ridiculous!" He looked at Eunhyuk from top to bottom.

His wife was trying to make him understand but that old shit yelled at her in return making Chaerin super mad. If there is something in the world that she hates then it must be Abuse. Doesnt matter verbal or physical. She hates it when people think they got authority to yell and hit others. And she didn't want others to experience what she did.

"Ajhussi! Why are you—" she was interrupted by Yikyung who said, "i'll go" "huh?" She was confused by what Yikyung said "don't you think it would be dangerous though?" Chaerin said.

"I'll manage." She smiled at her and started packing her bag. That old man was beyond furious that she was packing his store's stuff without his permission but who cares! "Ajhussi! It is an emergency! Why can't you understand?" Chaerin spoke. "You little piece of shit! You dare to talk to me like that!" He walked towards her but before he could get to her, Eunhyuk stood in front of her stopping the old man.

"We'll pay you back once the situation gets back normal." He said calmly. "I highly doubt that" Chaerin stated. The three of them left that old hag's shop leaving him yelling at them.

Chaerin remembered the walkie-talkie and called yikyung. "Yikyung! It was charging. I don't know how long it'll last." Chaerin said while handing it to her. Yikyung took it and looked at Eunhyuk, "one more thing. Be careful" he said. But for some reason, the way he said it, Chaerin found it lowkey suspicious. Yikyung nodded and left.

"Have you seen Eunyu?" Eunhyuk asked Chaerin who was coming out of the Daycare center. "Eunyu? No I haven't seen her.." Chaerin spoke. She saw how anxious Eunhyuk was, and held his shoulders. "Hyuk..calm down." She said in a calming way. "I dont know..i just didn't see her after she came down and now i'm worried." He said. "Hey..i'm pretty sure wherever she is, she is safe. She knows how to protect herself." "Yeah but, it's not safe for her to stay away from us in this kind of situation!" He bit his lip and thought of all the possible places his sister could be.

Chaerin held his hand and squeezed it in a reassuring way, "we'll find her okay? Dont be so worried" he nodded and took a deep breath. Both of them left in search of her.

The electricity came back, they didn't find Eunyu anywhere. For now, they are back in front of those monitors. Yikyung hasn't come back yet and it's making Chaerin worried. "Hyuk..the elctricity came back..but Yikyung isnt here yet." Euhyuk looked at her. "Yeah..i know. I thought i could check on her after the electricity would be back but the camera is turned that way.." he pointed at one of the monitor.

"Let's wait a bit longer" he sighed. "I'm worried about her. Maybe i should've gone with her." Chaerin spoke slowly. "No way i was going to send you! Dont you know how dangerous it could be down there?!" Eunhyuk exclaimed. "I know but it would've been better than one person!" She reasoned. "There's no way i was going to send you knowing theres a monster down there" he muttered under his breath but Chaerin heard him.

"Wait what!? You knew theres a monster?! Eunhyuk! Why didn't you warn her?! And the worst! You sent her alone!!" Chaerin was furious at him for risking Yikyung's life. He didn't like that she didn't use the nickname, showing how mad she was at him. "I know it's dangerous. But she's a firefighter, i assumed she can manage." He explained. "You know how important it is to get the electricity back—" "but you shouldn't have sent her alone!! Eunhyuk, in these situations we must try to protect each other! If something happens to her, you know you'd be blamed!" "I know..I'm sorry..I messed up. Now we cant do anything but just wait for her" he said while holding her shoulders. Chaerin took deep breaths and looked at him in the eye.

"Eunhyuk, promise me that whatever plan you're making, you'll share and discuss it with me" she said "i promise!" He said immediately. He didn't know why but he pulled her into a hug and mumbled, "i'm sorry..please don't be mad at me.." she sighed and hugged him back while patting his back.
