The condition inside the car was no less than stressful. The heat of seriousness Shivangi was possessing was seemingly fatal.

She pressed the accelerator, her frustration clear. It was a surprise that her Bugatti didn't cross the speed of wind. What was she trying to do? Having a race with death? Liam was praying for every god he could remember of. This wasn't the first time he was regretting being seated beside her and won't be the last too. He was apologizing for every sin he committed and every sin he didn't commit in his head. His face was full of fear and nervousness.

"Bloody bitch!! Can't you be slow?!" He couldn't hide the slight shiver in his voice. He was holding the seat belt tightly as if it was the last strand of his life.

Shivangi didn't bother to pay him a glance, her eyes being fixated on the road. Her mind was filled with one name on whom she was exploding inside. Aiden Fucking Romano. She was surrounded by questions- Why does it have to be Italy!? Why was the passcode of the box Aiden's birth date!? Why was everything leading to him!?

Her grip on the steering increased. She gritted her teeth. Pulling up the handle brake, she rolled the steering with her other hand. The tires were forcibly dragged on the empty road, leaving the black marks. Her face was a mirror of anger at the moment. Her hands didn't leave the steering and the brake even when the car came at the sudden halt.

Liam was the first one to rush out of the car. He literally ran out, grasping the air he didn't realize he was holding back. He was leaning against the car, questioning his life and taking deep inhales.

"THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH YOU!!!" He screamed at the top of his voice, looking at her who casually stepped out of the car.

He wasn't expecting any response from that cold head and she stood at his expectation. She leaned against her side of door, Unbothered and nonchalant. Taking out the sleek, long black cigarette from her pocket and the zippo lighter along with, she purposefully lit it, placing it amidst her lips.

"That cigarette will make you die." He irked, seeing her behaviour.

"You think I fear dying?" Came her plain, cold tone. It was a doubt it it even had any emotion except the arrogance she always keeps on her nose.

Ofcourse she does not fear anything, not even death. She has been fighting her demons since over a decade now and the only thing she was getting were the sleepless nights, the panic attacks and the nightmares. But does she still fear them. A big no.

She drew a long drag, the smoke filling up the air and her lungs. The was a long moment of silence before Liam asked. "Now you're going to Italy?" She already did narrate him about the happenings inside the palace.

"No other option left." She responded, not bothering to look at him rather focusing on her cigarette.

He was curiously watching her, wondering what will she do and what not. "Come on, I'll drop you home. I will leave for Italy by tonight."
