========================
Logan's only here for the suit, how can he be Batman if he's running around in his Red Robin gear, what he didn't know is that his father Bruce already had this arranged with Lucious, Lucious has his suit all measured out and ready, well, it's missing a few minor touches but it's not going to take long putting them together but first, a little one to one.
Lucious: What's on your mind?
Logan sighed while fidgeting in his place, another little tell of his, he'd never focus as well as Bruce would, when he lied to you, you'd never know, Logan however, he's still a kid, he's going to take a little longer to learn those more metal mind games then Bruce did, Bruce already being a grown man when he started this journey, Logan isn't.
Logan: It's nothing.
Logan has so many people around him but he still feels alone, his only family member has died, not just died but he's been killed, it's in his natural instinct to see Justice, to get Vengeance but him going out as angry as he is, he will kill someone and that's not what the Batman is about, Lucious knows this, the others know this and Alfreds afraid of this, Logan's all he's got left.
Logan: I still haven't got over it. Like, he's just gone. I'm never going to see him again...
Lucious didn't actually expect him to talk about it but it's good, whether it's him, Dick, Anne or Alfred, it didn't matter, just him talking about it will make him feel so much better and bring them back the Logan they know and love, it's not going to happen over night, he's still going to feel the hurt of losing someone so close to him but this is a start, a fresh start maybe, not as Logan but as the Batman.
Logan: ... Sometimes, I wake up, expecting to see missed calls and texts from him wondering where I am...
Logan used to be a bit of a trouble maker, he never did bad stuff like get in trouble or anything but when Bruce used to tell him something, Logan would usually go and do the other, like if a classmate was having a party, Bruce would tell him not to go but Logan still went, he tried to live his life as a teenager but now, now he feels like he's wasted all those nights he could have been spending learning to be a better Batman.
Logan: ... Or I'll get up, expecting to see him at the computer or about to go out on patrol, but he's just not there. He's gone and I'm never going to see him again.
That's been the hardest part for him, not seeing Bruce in all the place's he's usually at, it's not easy waking up to see him gone, when in the split second he just awoke, he was imagining the ballbusting he was going to be giving, he'd prepare for it but then it wouldn't come since Bruce isn't here anymore.
Logan: He left me behind.
Logan hasn't talked to anyone about this, he's barely said a word since the funeral but now he's talking about what his fathers death meant to him and he feels like this has been dumped on him, which it has, Bruce might have planned for Logan to take over as the Batman but he didn't warn Logan about this, it was just pushed on him now he hasn't got a clue what he needs to do.
Lucious: No.
Logan looked back up to Lucious while the older man can see the hurt in his eyes, losing Bruce really has messed Logan up, more mentally than anyone could realise, watching your parents die isn't something any boy should witness, having the mantle of the Batman pushed onto you as well is just overkill, Logan's trying to keep it all together but he doesn't need to.
Lucious: Bruce isn't gone, not as long as we keep him alive up here...
Lucious approached Logan, he's a little shorter than the boy, not by much so he was able to look him in the eye, Logan sniffed a little, clearly speaking about this has got him a tad emotional which is good, showing emotions isn't a weakness, it's a strength that only few can master, Lucious needed to drive home his point and did so by indicating to his mind that they won't ever forget Bruce.
