Labor and Epilouge

It's been a few weeks since the Midoriya mafia heard about the pregnancy of Momo who is having twins of course everyone started preparing to baby proof everything so when they come everything around them is baby proof so nothing bad happens. When Katsuki heard about his idiotic twin sister death of course he got mad but Izumi told him that he doesn't have to worry due to her killing her as Katsuki was shocked but sook got over it as he doesn't care about her.

After a while during Momo last few months she was at the hospital just in case she went into labor and right on cue her twins came as Izumi told the doctors and nurses about it as Izuku told her to hold his ah d and she did as she crushed his hand which made him whimper a bit but didn't make a sound as he wanted no one to hear him as Momo was screaming in pain. Soon after a few hours Momo gave birth to a boy and a girl as the mafia came to see the twins.

Katsuki: so um?? We are gonna have his little ones running around the whole home huh??

Shoto: yep we sure would never thought I see the day.

Izumi: I find it crazy that it's gonna happen.

Shoto: i remember that we do that when we was kids.

Katsuki: *laughs* that's true but now we too old for that shit.

As he felt an aura as he looked at Momo who had the mother's aura as he shivered in fear.

Katsuki: my apologies ma'am.

Momo:hmph

During the time of Momo pregnancy Izuku propose to her as she said yes as they had a small wedding of course Momo couldn't drink due to being pregnant which her stomach started to show as Izuku didn't drink to respect her wishes.

Epilogue:

It's been 4 years since that incident occurred the Midoriya mafia is living lively as they had to keep up with the twins especially Izumi. She was wildly active as the twins loved her as she was the most fun auntie. Of course this made Izumi good with children as she found herself loving children but she's not even sure if she'll have children until she heard a wild statement from Shoto which made them wide eyed.

Shoto: you know Izumi is so good children I won't be surprised if me and her have some on the future.

Soon his whole world stopped as he realized he confessed as Izumi just randomly stopped as the children kept running as she looked at him as she was confused.

Izumi:w-what do you mean by th-that

Shoto: s-sorry it was the slip of the tongue.

Izuku: I don't know that seems pretty real to me are you sure you didn't mean it.

Katsuki: you know that's the wildest thing I've ever heard coming from Shoto.

Izuku: right normally you always says the wildest things wait a minute Shoto didn't you have a girl??

Shoto: yeah let's just say that she didn't fit the bill for my taste.

Izumi: oh and I do mister

Katsuki:*chuckling to himself* another wildest thing I've heard so far.

Izuku: *also chuckling to himself* if not the most wildest thing I've ever heard.

As the 2 couldn't help but laugh fully after what Izuku said as the 2 just blushed. With Momo she came back as the twins were on her legs.

Momo: please don't tell me you and Izumi did this to your mother.

Twins: no our father actually.

Momo:(Oh God that's worser then the mother)
