The name is Lynn, name after my mom because she thinks I should carry her name forever when she passed. I thought it was weird at first, but after she passed, I was grateful and prideful. I'm 26, only child of a single amazing mother. My mom passed away when I was 23 and away at college. I never regret being away while she passed because she always says she was always proud of the future I'm building for myself. Mentally she was very strong, but physically she wasn't the best of health. She passed due to health complications from her kidneys. She's not a healthy person, always battling eating disorder and her diabetes...result of her weight problem. I got that from her. I'm not physically fit. At least when people look at me, they think I like eating at McDonalds every day.

I do admit I have an eating disorder. I can't help it; I love well-made well-cooked food. When my mother passed, I started focusing on getting healthy. I started going to the gym. Met a few good people that helped me train mentally and physically. I started investing in my health. Although I do still look fat, but I'm stronger than I look, and weight training really helped.

After my mom's funeral I moved to Dakota. Buried myself in school, work, and weightlifting. Met my best friend Amber there. Amber is my roommate. When I first to attend college, I was looking for a place to stay and she was looking for a roommate. I got a job at Dakota University and decided to stay permanently since my only family is now gone. Amber also works at the university, which I never understood because her parents are kind of loaded. Ambers family owns half of the freaking country. They control large businesses, stock markets, and probably our country's president. Her parents gave her an ultimatum if she doesn't go to college and earn for herself, she's going to get cut-off from the family fortune. At least that's what she told me.

I think she's exaggerating, because she and I only get paid $20 an hour and yet she can afford to buy a whole lot of expensive shit, like two freaking tesla...in two different colors because she can't decide which one she likes best, and whenever I gave her rent money, for some mysterious reason, someone deposit a whole lot of money in my account "by mistake". Whenever I dispute the many 'mistakes' the bank tells me, 'You can keep it' blah blah blah. Very suspect if you ask me.

We live in a two-story house with Amber getting the top floor to herself and I get the master bedroom on the first floor, with the living room and kitchen. I have my own bathroom, shower, and outside patio, so I don't complain. It is weird that the rent is the cheapest I've ever had to pay, but Amber kept saying, the landlord is very friendly and doesn't want to burden college students with too many bills. Very suspect again. Also, for some weird reason, the kitchen never runs out of food. Everything is always stocked up...and miss Amber is always eating so I'm not sure where all the food is coming from and where she's putting it because that girl is fit. Not Victoria-secret fit...I mean crossfit chick fit. Here I am trying to watch what I eat and miss thang over there inhaling all kinds of food and still remain fit.

Christmas break. Not school. I'm off from work for a week. Amber is planning to visit her family and I'm looking forward to training with my personal coach. Travis is my personal coach. He's teaching me weightlifting and self-defense. Travis is extremely good looking; with everything a girl would want on a man...and I mean everything. Unfortunately for us girls, Travis is gay, he has a boyfriend that also help out with my training...cardio side. I've hired them for a year now and so far, I'm learning so much. Travis's boyfriend Eric is a sweetheart...that can kill a person is seconds. They both go to the university majoring in historical weapons and war tactics. They are so passionate in their studies that they experiment in all fighting styles and weaponry. Lucky for me, I volunteer to be a guinea pig (pun not intended because I'm fat) for their experiment, resulting in me learning some amazing fighting moves I've never thought I could do. My favorite so far is the bow and arrow, knife throw, and anything sharp I can throw. My precision is very accurate, according to my coaches...and lifting weights helps with lifting anything to throw. After being my coaches, they became my good gym friends.
