Attention—yes, that's the truth laid bare,
Not love or longing, just wanting a stare.
A need to be seen, to be held in the light,
Admired for... what? I can’t answer right.I miss that rush for life’s smallest thrills,
Those easy laughs, those effortless frills.
But smiles feel stiff, like they've gone stale,
And here I am, casting wishes like hail.I miss you—don’t drift away,
I’m hurling for attention, begging you stay.
