A (H/C) haired girl asked while fiddling around with her phone as well looking up from time to time to observe her cheerful and energetic best friend.
"Of course not but—" April snatched the girl's phone in order to get her attention in which it did.* "Since your cooped up in your home for some damn long I guess your ready to meet my friends!"
"Yay" Y/N said nonchalantly due to boredom since she was waiting for April's so called 'friends' for almost an hour and was maybe slightly excited since her best friend has been keeping this lowkey ever since the two of them met. "I hate to break the mood, O'Neil but we've been waiting for hours! Not all that the pizza is getting cold" Y/N pointed to the un-cut pizza in the middle of the table.
"Oh please it's not that all bad—" April's words were cut off when the establishment's doorbell ring signifying someone more likely a group was entering and there were four of them in different sizes and shapes. "oh, that's them just gimme a moment" April rose her hand and waved towards them all while trying to get their attention since the four individuals had their backs against her.
Y/N observed these mysterious individuals noting how two of those individuals were wearing school atlethic uniform while the remaining two over-sized hoodies. Strange.
Finally one of them had noticed April's excessive calling and alerted the others who immediately nodded and walked towards them and FINALLY Y/N could see they were.
"Turtles?" Y/N spoke out loud making April smirk slightly knowing how her (S/C) friend never met a mutant before let alone a mutant turtle ninja.
The four individuals took a seat, one of them wearing a orange hoodie had decided to take a seat next to Y/N who waved hello to her with a smile. Cute.
"So your secret friends are turttles, I must say I'm impressed" Y/N sarcastically said with a slight sigh not even minding how these were different species than her.
"Wait your not freaking out?" April asked thinking her friend would freak out but turns oou she did not and this made the black skinned girl let out a sigh of relief and smile.
"Boys meet my friend, Y/N. The baddest bitch you'll ever meet" April said earning a high-five from Y/N. "and Y/N these are the guys. That's Raph" April pointed to the much larger turtle of the group and the one wearing a football player clothing.
"Donnie" April pointed to a individual wearing a purple hoodie and was on his phone merely waving as a greeting. "And that's—"
"I'm Leo, mi querida" a individual wearing a blue basketball player clothing cut off April's introduction that was for him as he spoke in a thick spanish accent. Y/N could only nod in response slightly liking how he nicknamed her but in spanish.
"Okay..." April broke the quick silence before finally pointing to the last individual who was the seated next to Y/N. "and this cutie one here is Mikey" April said making Mikey smile and shoot a wink to Y/N.
"Fascinating, they're turtles?"
"Mutant Turtles, to be exact" Donnie corrected Y/N like the nerd he is making Leo scoff slightly.
"Okay mutant turtles, sorry for the wrong. saying.." Y/N humbly apologizes making Donnie nod before he went back to his phone doing god knows what.
"And they're?—"
"brothers, Raph's the eldest and Mikey's the youngest" April answered truthfully trying her best to speak in the most clamest tone.
"So clarification, Raph's red and the eldest, Leon's blue and second, Donnie's purple and third, and Mikey's orange and youngest" Y/N spoke pointing each and one of them and April nodded.
"That settles it.. I'm going home" Y/N was about to stand up since this was all weird for her but April stopped her begging her (H/C) haired friend to stay.
"Already? But we just met" Mikey chimes in as he put on a frown showing he wasn't pleased how this human girl they recently met already wanted to leave and to think Mikey can make a new friend.
"See? They already like you just—" April sighs "just stay for a couple of minutes.."
"Okay, under one condition why did you want me to them? Am I that trustable to you even at this situations?" Y/N pinched her temples aandclosed her eyes trying her best to develop a migraine before opening her eyes to look at April.
"That's easy" April smiled slightly and began explaining. "my reason is that I want you to be a little more social even the teensiest bit, I've noticed how you have only one friend which is me and I thank you and I thought" She grasped Y/N's hand.
"And I thought maybe why not make you meet my friends? They seem pretty chill about meeting you as well" April continued making the three mutant nod except for Donnie who had to be pinched by Leo in order to have his response.
"Uh yes, yes. What April said is true and—" Donnie took a few moments to think trying his best to think a response all while not sounding sarcastic and rude. "And we won't mind having another human friend, nailed it" Donnie cheered himself making Y/N chuckle which Mikey found cute for some reason.
"Alright, I'll be your new human friend"
