Chapter 29

Dante's PoV :

Lina was laying in my arms sleeping like an angel , I love this woman she made my icy heart melt . She was going to make me a father . I always wanted you to be one but I was too scared to admit it .

But there's something off where's her mother ? She disappeared just like that something was definitely off . I did ask her about her but she was honest when she told me about her mother's place .

Tomorrow we are going back to Miami , I can't let her stay here anymore it isn't safe , one of my enemies must know about her and the baby . Because no one dared to attack me in my territory.

I had to go back to Pauline as well , she was innocent in this situation she loved me since forever , but I was too blind to see that , I was blind with my training and getting prepared to become a boss .

But she was there for me , but after the miscarriage I felt guilty like it was my fault that she lost our child . But god has another plans for me , it was inside angel's tummy .

I had to protect Pauline from my father as well , if he dared to scare apolonia off , he might even pressure Pauline into trying to have another baby .

That old man never gets tired of ruining my life , he thinks it's his way of protecting me .

When we were attacked someone has stole a shipment worth millions of dollars, the five families were furious and to me it's obvious that someone is trying to make me appear weak that I'm not worthy of handling the family business .

Alfonso Mendoza's :

She was there standing in front of me , the love of my life had the courage to face me again after betraying me .

I remember when the last time she was at the basement, when her real accent and temper appeared , she was so proud to admit what she did to me .

She was too proud to confess her sins to me . This Russian beauty took my heart that day and left me without it . She left me soulless .

She was beautiful, but mature she wasn't that 19 year old I fell in love with , she was a woman now beautiful and tempting, she had the courage to come and ask me for a favor .

This woman has the balls to ask for my help ,  and to think I would just help her , i was so curious to know who helped her to get out of the basement that day .

My men would never do this , I'm sure there was a traitor on my side I just have to get it out of her mouth . She was desperate I'm sure I'm getting what I'm looking for .

Her hair was stop the same it only got longer , she let it loose like I used to love it . For a second I thought about hugging her . But then I realized this woman ruined me for good .

I was incapable of loving someone , I even neglected my kids I was too damaged to think straight back then .

" did I see her walking out of your office, I just saw Tatia fucking Petrov walk out ! " Santino my best friend and under boss said panicking.

" she was here , she had the courage to walk to my office and ask for for a favor " I said gritting through my teeth.

" did say yes ? " he said curiously .

" well , I told her that I want something in return " I said , did she really wanted my help to the point she's willing to spend the night with me .

" do you want me to investigate? "

" no Santino I want her to tell me , tomorrow when we meet " I said .

" you're not going back to Miami today ? " fucking hell I forgot about this . Then he continues " Dante wants you to keep his mistress in your protection until she gives birth "

I did agree to that because that girl was innocent, girls like her don't belong in our world , I wanted to know her story but she's awfully calm I was good with people but with her , I couldn't maintain myself .

Maybe because she reminds me of tatia , I have no idea " arrange her arrival to the guest house, my wife shall not know about her do you hear me , provide her of what she need I'm coming home the day after tomorrow" I said explaining.

That girl was crying the future of the Turci family I'm sure a lot of enemies would like to get her .
" and no one allowed to see her or talk to her but you , until I'm back " I said .

Tatia petrov's pov :

I was devastated , I have never thought our first meeting after eighteen years would be like this . Like he was another different person not the man I used to love .

When I ran away from Russia I missed my family at some point but when we got closer and I started to take care of his mother , he surrounded with love and care .

Alfonso was so gentle when it comes to be , Santino used to tease him whenever he says yes to me . I missed the mansion .

What if we had normal life and I was by his side , I would've given apolonia the life she deserves, Alfonso would spoil her and treat her like a princess.

Alfonso loved kids , I've seen him with his nephews and nieces. He was so caring even though everyone thought he was heartless bastard , but when it comes to his family he was completely different.

Who I am lying to ? . My father killed his it was blood for blood . We were meant to be enemies I doubt that he will except apolonia as his daughter.

I was thinking too much , shall I go and see him ? I was doing this for our daughter.

Apolonia's pov :

We were sitting in the private jet , Dante was discussing business with Leo in Italian . Dante was giving glances from time to time .

After the attack last night he became worried , I bet the we have thought about the same bad scenarios . Nothing is good about them .

The child I'm carrying is his only heir for now , will he keep him hidden ? , I know he wouldn't Dante was proud man he will not hide his child .

But I was cowered I didn't want my son to have this life , but he's turci after all he was meant to be proud . I wish my mother fought for me .

I wish my mother left me with Alfonso , even though he doesn't know of my existence I was safe , after all of these months he was the only person I had proper conversation with beside Molina . Dante's nanny .

This woman is the best thing that happened to me after what happened, I really wish to have her by my side when my son is born , even if I wasn't there for him .

But that would be over my dead body .
