[ 3RD PERSON POV ]
---
Stan stood in front of the mirror in the bathroom, having just showered.
He practiced what he was gonna say to Kyle over and over again.STAN: "Hey Ky. I've got something to tell you..."
He paused.
STAN: "What is it, you ask?"
He looked down into the sink before looking back at his reflection in the mirror.
STAN: "Well, I like you. More than a friend."
He winked at the mirror.
He groaned, rolling his eyes before running at hand down his face.
That was way too cringe to say out loud to Kyle's face.
His hand slowly fell back down to the sink, both of his hands gripping the edge.STAN: "You're so fucking cringe, Stan. Why are you like this?.."
He sighed.
There was a loud banging on the door.SHELLEY: "Hurry up you stupid turd!"
Stan groaned again.
STAN: "Jesus, hold on! My fucking god..."
He could hear Shelley scoff, listening to her footsteps retreat from the door.
STAN: "Bitch."
He sighed again before exiting the bathroom, heading into his room to put on his clothes.
He closed the door behind him and locked it, pulling open the top drawer to his dresser.
He pulled out a plain white t-shirt, his boxers, and some baggy jeans.
He pulled on his clothes, socks and shoes before grabbing his beanie and heading out.
He made his way down the stairs and towards the front door.
He slid on his shoes before speaking.STAN: "I'm gonna hang out with Kenny, Butters and Kyle! I'll be back before dinner!"
He spoke while exiting through the front door.
He closed the door behind him and made his way down the stairs leading up to the door.
He headed down the sidewalk, pulling out his earbuds and connecting them to his phone so he could listen to music as he walked.
He passed Kyle's house, noticing his mom's car was gone.
He probably borrowed it, since they were gonna hang out around the mall and it was a long walk from their houses.
He hummed to himself while listening to his Spotify playlist.
After a while, he passed Tweek Bros.
He peered in through the window and saw Tweek working the cash register.
He looked kind of overwhelmed, but Stan didn't bother to go in and check on him.
Especially since he noticed Craig sitting at one of the booths, watching Tweek's every move.
He could be possessive at times, and when he was... He was meaner than usual.
Stan continued down the sidewalk until he found himself approaching the mall.
He pulled out his earbuds and stuffed them back into his pocket, slowly heading across the parking lot to the front doors of the giant building.
He could see Kenny talking to Butters, his face was bright red.
Kenny must be flirting...
Kyle stood off to the side, scrolling on his phone.
Stan finally approached the three boys.KENNY: "Heyyy, Stan the man!"
He lightly punched Stan's shoulder.
STAN: "Hey Kenny."
He greeted Kenny, giving Butters a nod of acknowledgement as he waved at him before turning to face Kyle.
STAN: "...Hey Ky."
He smiled at Kyle as he shoved his phone into the pocket of his jeans.
KYLE: "Hey Stan."
Kyle returned the smile.
Stan could feel his face heat up a bit at Kyle returning his gesture.
He really did like Kyle, didn't he?---
