recently, ceo and starlite member jay has been taken into police custody due to two charges of alleged sexual assault by four female trainees. he is set to appear in court on wednesday, october 30th, and it will be determined if he is guilty or not guilty.

jae-woo hiran im, 35, has been charged with two felony counts of sexual contact with a student. according to court records, no bond has been granted, and his initial court appearance was scheduled for thursday morning, october 24th.

a probable cause statement reveals that several female students reported im's behavior to company ceos, leading to a formal investigation. the company's director, founder, and ceo's, chy mintz, rin ananada, and eliana im, conducted a routine quarterly survey where students shared concerns about inappropriate conduct by im, a dance and vocal instructor. multiple students described his behavior as "handsy" and reported receiving inappropriate text messages and tiktok videos from him.
