when he found me, i was broken. a porcelain doll shattered in the snow.
but he picked me and my peices up
he took me home.
without even knowing it, he started to put me back together.
as he talked and as i listened i felt the cracks disappear
the sharp shards that hurt everyone dulled
he rubbed the name on the bottom of my foot off
he took my clothes off
i was scared. i put my arms up in fear.
i move them to see him washing my clothes.
he didn't care about my body.
i sit there awaiting for them
he smiles as he waits and my mechanic heart flutters
he notices and opens my chest up
it's sealed behind a wall
he gently takes it down
he notices my heart
it's screeching as it beats
black smoke fills my chest
he tells me "it's okay" and puts oil on it
i stare in shock, no one's done that before.
the washer dings and he rushes over
he puts the clothes on me and i look in the mirror
i'm cracked, covered in cracks.
before i can start crying he looks at me
"your adorable"
as i look back into the mirror i smile
"i'm beautiful"
he saved me. and he didn't even know it.
