"What do you mean Satoru Gojo? You mean to say that Hisashi Midoriya, a grade 1 sorcerer is now slipping to the ranks of special grade sorcerers? Is that right?" A higher-up questioned, as Satoru has yet to reveal the information of how Hisashi Midoriya is able to improve.

"Yes, his cursed technique: Eclipse Chain, has been improved, after seeing how the fellow special grade sorcerer Satoshi Mikato was found in a parking lot, where Hisashi presumably lived, to be dead." Satoru finished explaining which has caused a stir among the elders with whispers being heard left and right as they tried to rationalize what Satoru just said.

To think a special grade, cursed tool wielding sorcerer was bested by a grade 1 sorcerer was no easy feat to be accomplished, especially when Mikato was supposed to be a bad match up for Hisashi since his use and versatility of reverse cursed technique was countered by Mikato's cursed tool that is able to revert the positive energy of reverse cursed technique back into positive energy all while causing an unstable efflux of cursed energy which can further damage the point of reverse cursed technique application.

"But Hisashi Midoriya is a bad match up against Mikato, that is why we sent him specifically to hunt down for that traitor who turned his back on our cause." An elder huffed out as Satoru just snorted at that comment. He loved seeing these old geezers being uncomfortable of losing power and control over their pawns, he wanted to participate as well in this trouble that is stirring up but he is on a relatively tight leash and he shouldn't make any drastic decisions now.

"But that's not why i meant when he improved. Yes his reverse cursed technique is amazing, improved even, but it's not only a reversal counter match up has occurred." Satoru began talking to make the elders shut up. He was grinning internally of what information he was about to follow up,

"His primary cursed technique is now able to completely absorb and strip away a sorcerer of their cursed energy." Satoru finished on that sentence and that had made everyone in the room shut up for good as they processed the information that was given to them. A cursed technique able to steal cursed energy? It was unheard of, at the very least alien. It was their first time hearing about a technique as with high potential than that.

"And since from the looks of it, that improvement is just only recently, combined with Hisashi's intellect of cursed energy manipulation and control, he can certainly improve on that technique of his even further. I tried to dispel his chains with Red, but the chains completely absorbed my ranged attack. So essentially, his cursed technique converts any form of cursed technique attack back into plain cursed energy and is transferred to Hisashi himself for reuse."

Now the elders began to mumble between themselves in hysteria as the current strongest' technique was casually neutralized by Hisashi's cursed technique. And they cannot deny his intellect, he was very talented and frequently experimented on different concepts about cursed energy. He was a threat now to them considering his vast amounts of potential, and with a technique capable of rivaling the strongest sorcerer of this time, they knew they needed to dispose of Hisashi Midoriya, and soon.

"What should we do next to dispose of Hisashi? He obviously is far too dangerous to be left unsupervised, and with his distaste in us, we have run out of options to bring him back, alive anyways." An elder lamented as they all silently agreed. Satoru coughed to get their attention again as he had more information to share.

"In addition to his improvement, he has also took Mikato's cursed tool. That essentially counters most of us in Jujutsu High to hunt him down effectively and swiftly. That's all the information i can give for the meantime, i will excuse myself out now." Satoru said as he left the elders to debate among themselves how to deal with Hisashi.

'Those old fools seriously think they can kill Hisashi that easily? He was one to be the rough type when necessary, being able to go all out and solo many enemies in battle was his strong suit. I even taught him how to obtain reverse cursed technique, i didn't imagine him to completely experiment its effects, control the output ergo the degree of healing, increase the time to heal while not expending cursed energy too fast. Hehe, Hisashi you mad fool, you're a genius.' Satoru chuckled as he kept walking towards the exit to Jujutsu High.
