I was lounging on my bed, the soft glow of my laptop screen lighting up the room as I scrolled through the ticket booking site. Tomorrow was going to be special—Ashley and I had been waiting for weeks, maybe even months, for this day. I Am Still, Jungkook's new movie, had finally been released, and we were beyond excited to see it. It wasn't just any movie for us; it felt like an event, a celebration of our shared love for BTS and everything Jungkook.

As I selected our preferred showtime, my excitement grew. I could already picture the two of us sitting in the theater, whispering about the movie during the previews, and probably singing along to the soundtrack in our heads. I carefully chose the seats, making sure we'd have the perfect view. Just as I hovered my cursor over the "Proceed to Payment" button, my phone buzzed, its screen lighting up with Ashley's name. Smiling, I picked up.

"Hey, girl!" I said cheerfully. "I was just about to pay for our movie tickets for tomorrow."

"Good thing you didn't proceed yet," Ashley replied quickly, her tone laced with urgency.

I paused, my finger hovering over the touchpad. "Well, my cursor is literally on the button," I said, half-joking. "Why? What's up?"

"Can you book four tickets instead of two?" she asked, her voice sounding oddly cautious.

I frowned, puzzled by the sudden change. "Four? Why? Who else is coming?"

She hesitated for a moment before answering. "Aaron and Ashton."

That caught me off guard. "Wait, what? Why the sudden change of plans?" I asked, my voice tinged with confusion.

"It's a long story," she said with a sigh. "I'll explain everything later."

I wasn't entirely convinced, but I nodded to myself. "Alright, fine. I'll book four tickets. But...wait a second." A thought struck me, and I couldn't help but voice my concern. "Ashley, Ashton and Aaron aren't exactly fans of BTS, are they? Don't they usually tease us about our obsession?"

She laughed lightly, though it sounded a bit nervous. "Yeah, they're not fans. But it's fine—they don't even know which movie we're going to see yet. And besides," she added with a playful lilt in her voice, "they'll sit through anything for me if I beg them enough."

I chuckled, though my mind was still swirling with questions. "Alright, if you say so. I'll book the tickets. See you tomorrow!"

"Thanks! You're the best. Bye!" she said before hanging up.

I placed my phone down on the bed, staring at the screen for a moment. The sudden inclusion of Ashton and Aaron was unexpected, to say the least. Why would they want to come along, especially to a movie they probably wouldn't enjoy? It wasn't like them to suddenly change their plans on a whim. I couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to this story than Ashley was letting on.

Realizing that I was getting too lost in my thoughts, I shook my head and focused back on the task at hand. Tickets first, overthinking later. I clicked back on the booking page, adjusted the number of seats to four, and confirmed the payment. A moment later, the confirmation screen popped up, and I felt a small sense of accomplishment. I quickly forwarded the ticket details to Ashley and closed my laptop.

As I leaned back against the pillows, my mind wandered back to the mystery of Ashton and Aaron joining us. It wasn't like I minded their company, but it still felt strange. Why would they want to tag along for a Jungkook movie of all things? I sighed, knowing I wouldn't get any answers tonight.

Just then, my mom peeked into my room, a small plate of freshly cut fruits in her hand. She smiled warmly as she placed it on my bedside table. "Just a little something before you sleep," she said, brushing a stray hair from my forehead.
