I had this idea and decided to follow...
"Mummy!" Came a playful voice as a kid walked through the door before leaving it to close on his twin brother right in the face.
His brother opened the door holding his nose with a pissed off look on his face seemingly ready to fight when they both heard a small high pitched voice call to them."Anna!"(Translation:elder brother) They turned their heads to see a 3 year old girl at the end of the hallway running as fast as her little feet could possibly go before hugging the first brothers leg.
They both calmed down as he picked up his little sister in his arms. "Prathi-papa? Annane miss pannengala." (Translation:Prathi dear? Did you miss your brothers?) She simply responded by hugging. He handed her to his brother who said. "Naanga ippo vanduttola?" (Translation:We are here now right?) rubbing her back as he cradled her.
Then they saw their mother come down the stairs. "Boys! Modala kulichutu vaanga. Sapaadu ready-ah irruku."(Translation: Go and bath first. Your food is ready.) She said embracing them both."You both stink." She continued.
The first one walked up the stairs. "Be quick Vijay." She yelled after him. The second twin handed Prathi to his mother. "He still hates me." He said. "He will come around Vik. He is your twin brother after all." She said reassuringly. "Sure doesnt seem like it." Vikram said. In the middle of all this Prathi was rubbing and playing with vikrams face with her hands. Vikram ruffled her hair with a smile and walked up the stairs.
He opened the door to their room and sat on the bed. He saw the bathroom door locked and let out a sigh. He looked around the room. It was covered in movie posters all from the same actor, namely Ghilli, Pokkiri, Thuppaki and Kaththi.
