Abhimanyu and akshara's marriage was fixed. Everyone was preparing for it with enthusiasm.
On the other hand, aarohi decided to engross herself in the work, whenever she see abhimanyu and akshara together her heart pains, but she know she can't do anything, her self respect is everything for her, she's not that obsesses lover or love sick puppy who will stay behind one person despite his rejections.
One day,
aarohi was on round, suddenly abhimanyu came in front of her, she clutched the file in her hand.
aarohi - good afternoon sir.
she left from there making him flabbergasted, since his and akshara's marriage fixed, she stays away from him, he wanted it but he misses her fierce side which she doesn't show, he know he had hurt her a lot but his ego wasn't allowing him to apologise.
Suddenly he heard some laughing and giggling sounds, he followed the sound and smiles seeing her treating a kid in ward, their laughs and giggles were echoing everywhere.
he was admiring her when his phone rang, he removed it and saw akshara's call and then he realised.
he picked it up.
akshara - abhi kaha ho tum?
abhi - aur kaha honga akshu hospital.
akshara - abhi humari shaadi hone wali hai thodi toh excitement dikhao.
abhi - I know akshu but surgeries lined up hai main baad mein call karta hu.
akshara - fine.
he hung up the call and looked at aarohi, but she was gone, he sighed.

abhi - tai ji aapne bulaya..??
mahima - haa abhi yeh lo.
she handed a file to him.
abhi - yeh kya hai?
mahima - yeh unn doctors aur interns ki list hai jo ab se tumhare under rahenge.
he saw and got delighted from inside seeing aarohi's name.
mahima - I know isme aarohi ka naam hai jo tumhe pasand nahi hai par, if you want you can change.
abhi - no its fine, I mean work is work I'll handle it.
she nodded.

Aarohi was nervous, because now she was appointed under abhimanyu and they have to submit their report to him.
she was going in his cabin.
she knocked and she heard "come in".
she entered and saw him sitting on his chair reading a file she was shocked that no one was there.
abhi - kya hua Dr aarohi.
she shook her head and went to him and gave her report to him.
he took it and started reading it, she was nervously standing there looking down, he looked at her and admired her, her report was amazing, whether he admit or not she's a brilliant doctor.
abhi - hmm, its nice, keep it up.
aarohi - thank you sir.
she took it and was about to go
abhi - aarohi.
her heart skipped a beat, she wanted to run out of the cabin but her legs were glued, he came in front of her.
abhi - kuch kehna tha tumse.
she nodded.
abhi - I am sorry.
she looked at him.
abhi - I know maine jo kiya woh thik nahi tha, I am really very sorry.
aarohi - its okay sir...
this "sir" was irritating him.
abhi - aarohi please yeh sir bolna chod do.
aarohi - okay, its fine Dr abhimanyu.
he clenched his fist, but Dr abhimanyu is better than sir at least.
aaroihi - frankly speaking, jo hona tha ho gaya, we can't change anything, kar kisi ki apni apni choices hoti hai, haa yeh alag baat hai ki sabki choice list mein akshu hi top par hoti hai, anyways ab toh aadat ho gayi hai, I am happy, maine humesha apne career ko top priority di hai, aur aage bhi dungi, I am happy for you both, bye.
she left from there making him flabbergasted.

Aarohi went to the bathroom and cried her heart out.
aarohi - I am not happy mumma, I am not happy, kyu main kisi ki first choice nahi ho sakti, aakhir kya bigada hai maine kisi ka, akshu naira mumma ki beti hai isiliye sab usse pasand karte hai na, maine humesha sab kuch ignore karke apne career par focus kiya hai lekin aaj pata nahi kyu mujhe itna fark padh raha hai, mere liye humesha apni self respect hi priority rahi hai, lekin aaj main weak padh rahi hu, kyu mumma...!!!!

Aarohi entered the house and saw ladies selecting dresses for tilak, everyone was decorating the house.
she was feeling low seeing all this.
akshu - aaru yaha aa na.
she nodded meekly and went to her.
akshu - yeh kaisa hai.
aarohi - tujhe pasand hai na..
akshu - bohot.
aarohi - toh bass phir le le.
she nodded.
swarna - aaru tu bhi apne liye kuch le le.
aaohi - kya zarurat hai badi mumma, naira mumma aur sirat mumma ke itne dresses hai ussi mein se kuch pehen lungi, waise bhi akshu ka tilak hai usse special dikhna hai, main aati hu tab tak zara coffee bana dijiye na.
she nodded.
she was about to step on the stair but her head started spinning...
she fainted on the ground.
akshara - aaru..!!!
everyone ran to her.
kairav - aaru aaru kya hua.
manish - kairav isse room mein lekar jao.
akshu - main abhi ko call karke bulati hu.
they nodded, kairav took her to the room.
abhi - haa akshu just abhi ghar pohocha bohot thak gaya hu.
akshara - abhi please abhi ghar aa sakte ho, aaru behosh ho gayi hai please.
he was shocked.
abhi - lekin kaise hospital mein toh bilkul thik thi.
akshu - pata nahi please aao na.
abhi - coming...agar woh hosh mein aaye toh usse lemonade de dena maybe exhaust ho gayi ho aata hu.
akshu - okay.
He left for goenka house..!!!!
