Chapter-6

Fiódor's POV-
Fiódor had found that book he's been looking at and opened it. If he could remember he had reached chapter....The Omega turned to the next few pages till he saw what was familiar....Ah, right chapter 17 so far.
The book was a trilogy he's been rather upset with, finding himself reading post apocalyptic stories and fictions have been rather entertaining for the omega.
"So what's this book about?" He asked as he tried to look at the back. Fiódor closed it, showing the book. "It's called 'Hatheaway: The Olimpia.' It's a apocalyptic book, fantasy." He said, rather proudly.
"Interesting," Omar said as he nods. "What's it about?"
Fiódor, though he felt rather nervous about speaking about this book, did so. Inside he did feel as though Omar was faking this just to please his desires, but, something about the alpha told him that he was rather genuine about this.
He began reading it from where it was, having given Omar a recap of where he reached so far. Now he continued it, trying his best to keep his nervousness out of his voice as he read to someone else.
He's never done this. Ever. It was so odd to read something he's passionate about, especially to someone who isn't family.
Him and his Eomma has read beside the other, in silence within their family study room, yet still never actually read it unless it was a sentence that made them both want to speak about it.
But to actually read, word for word, what was inside of the book was nerve wracking, his thoughts telling him that it was just for show, that just because the omega was friends with the alpha doesn't mean he's actually interested with his boring book.
But his thoughts were shut down, for the alpha was rather into it.
He was commentating on parts of it, the monologue, the way the character was and how the character could just, "leave their best friend like that," and "why doesn't she feed the starving kid when they have resources to."
Fiódor found himself smiling when he said it, finding himself giggling when he got mad at one of the main characters, Bryce Fender, could just ditch his sister in a world apocalypse when she's pregnant and how he's so utterly dumb to leave a door unlocked and not barricaded when there were those man eaters wondering about.
"Utterly stupid. And this apocalypse has been going in for what? Weeks? There is no way he doesn't know the Man-eaters can open doors." He huffed and puffed in anger after what Fiódor just read. The omega chuckling. "He is quite dumb and cowardly."
"No shit," he scoffed. "And he just keeps using his mother as an excuse. We all know she cares little about his ass." He pointed.
Fiódor snorted.
And so that's how they spend their last hour there. Omar having it out for the characters and sometimes snatching the book out of Fiódor's hand to check if he was hearing that correctly.
Fiódor would only smile and laugh, trying to distract himself from the fact his omega was completely purring loudly in head as Omar's knee or hand or fingers brushed against his own.
It was like torture.
The bell eventually rang, the two looking up as if they can see the bell. They shared a sigh. Fiódor didn't want to go to class anyways, he'd rather stay in the silence of a empty library, unfortunately it would be used for next classes starting now.
