~Reader's P.O.V.~

Even though I'm not human I fit in... For the most part. I mean I have this slight glow and well Iwear sweatshirts all the time. Its really hard to hide wings.... Large ones at that. And the main reason for me living alone. Trudging up to the second level of the apartment. I let go of my bag and tossed it into the kitchen letting it gild across the floor. Groaning at the pain coming from my back. Now this was the price of trying to fit in. I mean after being kicked out of one of the only places where you could fly freely, it was hard to deal with the huge change. I was known for some pretty bad things back there. Bad enough for them to stain my wings. And by doing that..... Its mark of rebellion and black wings among white wings isn't a good sign.

Ripping my sweat shirt off of my body my wings weeped down from being confided for so long. I shook them around for a few moments to relax the aching things. Thank goodness it was Friday, I could head out to the mountains and fly around the trees, which was a sport I had taken up recently. I had recently moved into a new city, a town more so, with a population of a thousand or so. This place was closer to the forests that laid over the mountain. Which was great cause that meant new things. After getting some food I went face first into my bed. Letting out a long groan was as I felt the stress in my back vanish. Passing out just like that.

~Lets not watch you sleep, so to the morning~

No matter how much I wanted to sleep I still hauled myself out of bed, its was 7:00 A.M.. I slowly made my way to the kitchen and started to make some food for breakfast and lunch, along with a few snacks such as chips and grapes. Its was around 8:00 when I set out, my wings hiding in a sweat shirt as always. With a backpack on my back I went for the woods. It was no more than a half hour when I found myself away from any human, or so my thoughts told me. As I was walking along something, or some people where speaking loudly.

"BRO LOOK AT THIS ONE!!!"

"I dare you to eat it!"

"No way man!"

"I'll give you fifty bucks if you do."

"Or your on!"

My eyes widen resizing that I had already taken off my jacket. 'SHIT SHIT SHIT!!!' I quickly bound up one of the larger trees, doing a flying climb combo thing.

"I think I saw something over there, did you see it?"

"No but, we should probably get it." I was sitting on a higher branch staring at the two teens? One had a link look going and might I say he was pulling it off horribly. And the other, well looked like a bloodied up smily face some kid would have drawn on a wall or something. They slowly made it towards the tree I was in, I rushed to the middle and started to climb high. I let out a shirking scream when a pain went through one of my wings pinning it to the tree. I looked over at it and leaned for it, tears slowly making their way down my face. As my hand reached the knife I pulled it out and threw it at the ground.

"LEAVE ME THE FUCK ALONE!!" I yelled out and climbed more quickly. "GO EAT THE FUCKING BUG." I could hear the slightest of their voices trying to figure out what was on my back.

"YO WHAT ARE YOU?!" Paper face asked.

"A REBELL!" At that point I was getting onto one of the highest branches the link look alike just appear on the branch scaring me to the point of letting the branch go and fall.
