Reason for admission: Alarming amounts of energy via Arcanum found in her body.
Description: A seemingly normal girl during 1940s, Russia. However, after the following events of the Storm that was triggered, the Foundation's roots detected a phenomenal amount of Arcanum and successfully captured her before something problematic was able to happen. Possibly mutated.
Behavior: No signs of aggression, particularly not interested in social interaction. Hasn't eaten a lot, appears malnourished: tried to feed her multiple times but failed, avoiding forceful methods because it may provoke her to use aggression.

The black haired woman sighs worriedly, adjusting her black rimmed glasses. Noticeably gripping the clip board tighter, her empathetic eyes analyze the picture of the now malnourished girl which was taken while she was asleep.
A researcher stood a safe distance from her, fidgeting with his fingers. He was quite new, and he didn't know, more specifically, he forgot who he was supposed to give this to—so he ended up giving it to the Executive Committee of the Foundation, Madame Z.
The committee herself spoke, looking at the researcher with a troubled expression. "Why would they give me a report that includes a field of study that I don't even specialize in?" This made him freeze in the spot, unable to speak.
Seeing this, the lady contemplates, thinking about what she should do. This is a dangerous case, and she was pretty grateful that she was now aware of it.
"Actually, nevermind. Thank you for bringing this to me, you may now go back to your department." She dismisses him instead, watching as he scurried away as fast as he came.
Now, all alone in her office—she takes a sip of her coffee before finally deciding.
'I'll take this to the Vice President, this is a very serious matter after all.'
