𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗘𝗥 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗘𝗗: 𝗔𝗦𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

When Hazel returned to their classroom, she immediately looked towards the back where Taehyung was seated. As she expected, he looked back and smiled, making her heart skip a beat. After that, the class break started. Hazel didn't leave her seat because Taehyung also remained in his.

After the class break, practice for the dance performance for the ball on August 30th began. All the students participating in the ball gathered in a covered court, where their principal announced, "Now, our wonderful students, we will tell you the different types of music that can be played at the ball." The students applauded after the principal's announcement. "The screen displayed a list of songs that could be played at the ball. There were only two dances that each partner could choose from.  This ball might be a bit different because you'll only have one partner, but hopefully, you'll enjoy it.

First, for the waltz, you can dance to "Take It To The Limit" by The Eagles, "The Blue Danube" by Johann Strauss, and "La Vie en Rose" by Edith Piaf. For the rumba, you can dance to "Quién Como Tú" by Vicente y Leticia. One of my favorites is the foxtrot, with "Capone" by Ian Lumley and "The Way You Look Tonight" by Frank Sinatra. Next, we have one of the most popular dances, the tango, with "Waiting for the Night" (Tango Song) and "Tango: Por Una Cabeza" by Carlos Gardel. There's also the Cha Cha, with "Whatever Lola Wants" (Cha Cha Song) and "Sing, Sing, Sing" by Benny Goodman. For the jive, you can dance to "Hound Dog" by Elvis Presley. For the quickstep, you can dance to "Flash" or "Big Band" style music. For the salsa, you can dance to "Ballroom Salsa" by Zupe and "I Need to Know" by Marc Anthony. For the samba, you can dance to "San Paulo" by Zupe and "Solamente la Samba" by Zupe. Lastly, for the slow dance, you can dance to "Babe" by Styx, "Beautiful in My Eyes" by Joshua Kadison, "Georgia on My Mind" by Ray Charles, and "Let It Be" by The Beatles.

Those are the songs we can play.  I'd like to reiterate that each pair can only choose two songs to dance to, and only eight pairs can dance to each song. Make sure you sign up for the songs you want to dance to right away.  Sign-ups will start tomorrow so you have time to listen to each song."

The principal concluded their announcement, and the students applauded once more. Then, they returned to their classrooms. After sometimes of scrolling on her phone, Hazel decided to go to the library to read books. Then he saw Ricky and Ricky saw her too. "Hi, Hazel how are you today." Ricky asked with a wide smile. "I'm fine." Hazel replied. "Uh, how are you with... Taehyung?" Ricky asked again. "We're alright, how about you and your partner?" Hazel asked. "Partner? No, I don't have. I won't dance at the ball. I will just play video games at home." Ricky said. "What?... What do you mean? It was a part of our performance task on Physical Education. You'll get low marks." Hazel said with confuse expression. "What? No, maybe you just misunderstood it. It was just I'm not good at dancing and it was a competiotion. They rank us from lowest to highest and instead of having the lowest rank, I won't just join. Actually there are 5 more people who won't come at the ball and we will play video games all night. I'm just here for the attendance." After Ricky complete his words Hazel left in shocked. "Okay." Hazel replied and left.

"So, does that mean Jillian tricked me? Fuck! What am I going to do? I don't know a single song. I can't dance. Shit!!!" She knew she couldn't back out now that she had a partner. While she was talking to herself, Taehyung suddenly approached. "Hi," Taehyung said, almost startling her. "Hello," Hazel replied. "Um, I just wanted to ask if you could go to Ricky's library later after class. Right after class, I'll just take you there. Is that okay?" Taehyung asked. Seeing Taehyung's sparkling eyes, Hazel didn't hesitate to answer "Yes," which made the boy smile. "So, later?" And Hazel nodded. Taehyung then went back to his seat. But Hazel couldn't forget his eyes and his soft smile. She don't know how to dance but because of Taehyung she have to. And she just smiled thinking about him and she don't know the reason whe she's smiling. Then, after that, the class end and Taehyung and her eyes met. "Come on." Taehyung said making the girl blush.
