Welcome, to the world of Pokemon. My name is Professor Samuel Oak, people refer to me as... The Pokemon Professor. This world is inhabited far and wide by creatures that we call, The Pokemon. Years after years, we had managed to live alongside these creatures and manage to develop a bond with them. Some people use Pokemon as pets. While some others battle with their Pokemon to close their bond. As for me, I study them to uncover the mysteries that we have yet to know about Pokemon.

And now, for my announcement. I, Professor Samuel Oak, had managed to capture three rare and unique Pokemon... and I want to give them away for free. The first three lucky winners that manage to come to me first, will be given the ability to choose one of the three as their own. That is all from me, Good luck and have a nice day to you all.

2nd January 2024, Pallet Town

Eli, a young boy, woke up from his deep sleep with a yawn. After a scratch on his head, Eli finally slid his blanket away and got up from his bed. As he finished his yawning, Eli looked around his messy room. "Mmm.... what time is it...?" He yawns, rubbing his eyes as he makes his way to the clock. Looking at the clock, it was 8:24 a.m. This made him panic as he immediately rushed to the bathroom and get ready to go out. After all, he doesn't want to be late to go meet the Pokemon Professor now, does he?

"Damn, damn! I'm late! I need to be quick to Professor Oak's lab!" Eli said as he struggled to put his pants on. Upon finishing dressing up, Eli didn't waste any time to head downstairs to his mother who was making breakfast.

"Morning, Ma! I need to go now, sorry!" He apologises to his mom for not being able to be present for breakfast before he starts heading outside through the door.

"Take care out there!" Eli's mom said before he left.

Outside of his house, Eli was greeted by the townspeople of Pallet Town. He greeted them back before heading to his neighbour's house, who is also a friend of his named Max. He went into Max's house and greeted Max's mother, "Good morning, Mrs Hargrive!"

"Morning, Eli. Max's getting ready, he should be coming down soo-" before Max's mother could finish her sentence, Max rushes down the stairs from his room in a flash. The boy hurriedly takes a toast into his mouth before running towards Eli.

"Bye, Mom! I'm gonna go now! Let's go, Eli!" Max said as he grabbed Eli's hand and dragged him out to the road to Professor Oak's lab. The two were going at intense speed, it was making Eli's head feel dizzy.

On a small mountain near Pallet Town

"Tch, what a pain... What is he even doing up here? Heck, how did he get up here?!" Gary Oak, Professor Oak's grandson curses under his breath as he makes his way up the mountain. Upon reaching the highest peak of the mountain, Gary found someone laying there, napping.

"Oi! Wake up, you damn imbecile!" Gary calls out to the napping figure. Adrix, the guy who was sleeping finally woke up. He slowly scratches his cold hair and yawns out before sitting up.

"Ah... I accidentally slept..." Adrix said as he scratched his hair and looked down for the beautiful view from the high-end.

"How the hell could you manage to 'accidentally' slept?! Whatever! Anyways, my Grandpa is handing out free Pokemon to people remember? Hurry and go get it." Gary told him as he approached Adrix and gripped his shoulder.

Adrix let out a small chuckle with a smirk forming on his face, "Patience, Gary..." Adrix said. "No point in rushing. I'd win it regardless." Adrix adds, placing his hand on his head as he looks down to the surface. He then slowly stood up on his feet and yawned one more time.
