I don’t want to go back to how we were, I want to love you from the beginning, from scratch, I want to experience everything for the first time with you, I want to meet you again, I want to fall for you again.

Theo watches from a distance as little Daksh hits the little punching balloon, which stands upright repeatedly due to the weight at the bottom. It’s a fun way to keep the kid entertained and spend energy. The kid is seriously hyperactive at times, but adorably so nonetheless.

He honestly has been jealous of Aashika and her bond with her son. It was a short-sighted opinion, but not every day do you see a bond so pure and strong that every other feels fake in the comparison. He understood it though, she was alone and Daksh was the only link tethering her to reality.

He has seen her drift away at times when she thinks no one’s watching, but he has developed a habit of watching, observing her every move. It might come off creepy but he never meant any harm.

The little devil finally realizes that he is standing right on the door. He zooms past all the toys, jumping up at him. It’s their little game, with the little one giving a belly laugh every time he is caught and spun around in Theo’s embrace for a greeting.
“Hola Teo”

Theo raises a brow at him, “Hola little darling.” smirking at the child.

“Mumma where?”
You’d think the kid has a hard time sentencing words, but no. He has always been sharp, while learning two languages at a young age, he also learned to manipulate them for the only purpose of dramatics.

He knows Theo and mumma were together, Suzan told him so.

“She’s on the way, the guard kept her back to talk about something.” he moves to the kitchen to get himself water as Daksh gets down.
He takes a sit in the living room, Suzan is out to get groceries as she knows they are already at the parking. She might have crossed Aashi on her way out.

“So…… Theo,” Welp, that’s a clear sign of trouble. “What do you want?”, He asks without wasting any time.
Daksh gasps with his hands coming up to cover his mouth.
“Why assume I want something? You are bad” he shakes his head in offense. “You don’t want anything…?” Theo carefully asks.

He knows how cheeky the little guy can be, he has charms and utilizes them to the max.

“Nooooo. I just wanted to know when is your birthday.” He pouts for the extra effects. Theo laughs internally having a vague idea of where this is going. Tomorrow is the big day.

“It’s far away, at the end of the year,” Theo answers with an innocent smile.

“Ooooo…… So how do you celebrate it?”, the baby asks again, carefully concentrating on his toys. He's just asking you know, it doesn't mean anything.

“I don't do much, just treat myself to a nice dinner.” Theo gives a wicked smile. His little darling knows how they celebrate birthdays, in the last almost two years Aashi and Theo just have a small dinner together in the name of celebration. The little Highness, on the other hand, gets whatever he wants.
