Background; Scout Prescott, the twin sister of Sidney Prescott, grew up in the shadow of the tragic legacy of their mother, Maureen. From a young age, even though Scout got along pretty well with her sister, she often thought Sidney was boring and liked to break her rules, yet her world shifted dramatically when she fell in love with Billy Loomis. Billy, with his charm and charisma, captivated her heart, and she believed in their shared dreams for the future. However, everything changed on the day of the infamous massacre. Initially eager to help Billy, Scout was blindsided by the horrifying truth of their plan: Sidney and her friends were the real targets, driven by a twisted revenge tied to their mother's past. At that moment, Scout experienced the toxic side of love and the excitement of massacre. Faced with the horrifying prospect of betraying her sister, she made the courageous decision to back out of the plot and ultimately survived the night. Towards the end of Scream (not in the movie, mentioned in Scream 2), Scout got pregnant from Billy and was hiding it from everyone, not knowing what to do. She had a miscarriage in the third month of pregnancy, due to the stress she experienced due to nightmares and the psychological problems caused by insomnia. In Scream 2, Scout re-emerged as a supportive figure for Sidney, determined to protect her sister from the shadows of their shared history. Scout had taken on a darker personality and acted almost emotionlessly. Nancy had made some blather about Billy when confronted by Scout, but after learning of Scout's miscarriage, she got angry at her and tried to kill her. However, she was working with Sidney and played a major role in defeating Ghostface. But she was overwhelmed by all of this. By the time of Scream 3, Scout had left the country, seeking refuge from the chaos that followed in the wake of the all Ghostface massacres. However, her past was never far behind. Eventually, she returned to face the ghosts of her past, bringing with her a newfound resolve to support her sister through the horror yet again. Also Roman, made her see some differences and make some decisions. In Scream VI, Scout's presence is felt through photos as her past haunts her more than ever. When Sidney reaches out for help, Scout was bored with everything and wanted to stay away from these events. Thereupon, she rejected them and hung up the phone on them.
