Seeing Stars

Why?...... Why?!..... Why did he say that? Why did he push her away?  Y/N thought as she wandered aimlessly, deep in her thoughts. She was on the verge of crying as she thought about how Black*star closed the door of his apartment in her face, telling her he never wanted to see her again.
He had been acting weird for weeks now and she didn't know why. Y/N had tried to dismiss it as stress for their upcoming exams at school but Black*star never stressed out over tests. Ever.
So finally this morning she had plucked up the courage to press him on the matter. At first he had tried to change the subject, then he dismissed it as Y/N being paranoid, then as she pushed harder, worried he was hiding something serious, he had started getting angry, telling her she was delusional and sappy. They had argued for the first time that day. Admittedly they had had minor tiffs before then but this had been their first real fight. She had pushed harder, he had resisted more until it came to that horrible moment when he had told her to leave permanently and closed the door on their relationship.
Now here she was, just wandering along, so engrossed in her dilemmas that it took her until she was standing right on the edge to realise where she was.

The cliff. That beautiful spot where Black*star had taken her on their first date.
A cold wind blew, whispering through her clothes, making her shiver as she stood mesmerised by the way the clouds were gathering above her.

All of a sudden something something slammed into the backs of her knees, sending her twisting over the edge.
Her hands flailed for something to hold onto, finding a root or branch of some kind, just below the edge of the precipice.

"help! Please someone help me! BLACK*STAR!" she shrieked as a familiar blue head of hair appeared above her. She saw his face, but it was as emotion racked as a lump of granite.

"BLACK*STAR PLEASE!"
