A/N: This one is actually one of the stories inspired by my real life experiences - except for how I didn't have a Mingyu in my story like Wonwoo does :) I hope you'll like it!

Wonwoo typed in the code to the gate and a buzzing sound signaled that it's open. He pushed the cold metal gate and entered the front yard of the college dormitory, passing by the smoking area, not even sparing a glance to the few people sitting there with cigarettes in their hands. He was never the type to greet people he didn't know, even if they were living in the same dorm building as him. He just hated everyone in general, and it was always awkward when he had to greet someone he didn't even know the name of.
His favorite music was playing in his earphones and the soft crunch of gravel under his shoes was the only noise as he walked up to the dorm building. He entered the building, greeting each other with the janitor who was just cleaning around the reception table. Wonwoo sighed contently, realizing that his school week is finally over. It was time for the weekend where he is just going to sleep, read and prepare for his upcoming exams.
Despite having classes early in the morning on Fridays (which he totally despised, let's be real, I mean who thought starting the day with Database Management at 8 AM was a good idea?), he had a pretty decent day. He did a mock exam in one of his classes as a preparation for next week's exam, and he was satisfied with his result. 90% was more than what he could've dreamed of. What made his day even better was the beautiful warm weather signaling that summer is near, and the nice coffee he just got himself as a treat on his way home.
Wonwoo walked past the reception and climbed the stairs to the first floor, walking on the hallway until he reached the door of his room. A few random students passed by him on the hallway, but they barely paid attention to each other.
Wonwoo pushed the handle down, but he realized that the door was locked. He hummed. Surely, when you share a dorm room with three other people, you can't always keep track of who is there and who is at class at the moment. He thought at least one of the three boys is home, but they probably went out.
Humming along to the song playing in his ear, he searched his bag for his keychain. Successfully finding it under all his books, he grabbed it and looked for the right key. He inserted the key inside the lock - or at least tried. Another key was in the lock from the inside.
He knew whose habit is this - and he also knew why.
'Fucking Kwon Soonyoung' he cursed to himself. He took out one of his earbuds, pressing his ear against the door and cringed. 'Oh my god, why are they so loud?!' he whispered in terror, immediately plugging his ear back.
You see, the problem with the quartet of boys in said room was that two of them were pretty much dating - and loved each other so much that they just couldn't keep their hands off each other, if you know what I mean. Actually, Wonwoo thanked the gods and whatever higher power was watching over him that Soonyoung locked the door this time, because wasn't the first time when this happened. Wonwoo and their fourth roommate had witnessed things in the past year they definitely weren't intending to, only because they came home earlier from uni than they were supposed to.
But now Wonwoo was on his own and he had no idea what to do, so he whipped his phone out from his pocket, dodging all the notifications from Instagram (maybe he will check Seungcheol's new post later) and Duolingo (no Duo, he still has several hours to keep his Japanese streak going), opening his DMs. As expected, two of his three roommates, Soonyoung and Jihoon were both offline. He clicked on another contact. The only person who might understand his misery - or laugh in his face, he'll see.
