The soft patter of rain and light breathing were the only noises Zinerva woke up to on that Tuesday morning. He breathes so lightly that she has to constantly check on her to see if he's still alive. It takes alot of effort to wake up in the middle of the night to check but that's ok with her. She felt pressure against her chest and looked down the see messy, blonde hair and soft, pale skin against her cinnamon skin. His arms are wound around her swollen stomach which is a pain to sleep with.

'But it's worth it' She thinks to herself.

Zinerva Sighs contently at the thought of their future baby. The blonde shifts slightly, gaining her attention. She smiles as she remembers that today is the 5 year anniversary of the day they met and then 2 years later got married on the same day.

~5 Years Before~

"Ludwig!"

The tall blonde man turned from the car he was fixing and sighed.

"Yes, Feliciano? I was fixing the car so make it impor-." The words died in his throat as he saw the small man run up to him, dragging what could only be called an angel behind him.

The girl looked like she was struggling to hold a plate of something. The german man blushed as she was pulled closer. Now they were face to face and he could see her more clearly.

Her cinnamon skin looked like silk and without imperfections. She had a few moles and a patch of freckles that adored her shoulders and chest. Her long, curly black hair framed her petite face. Her hair faded into a snow white that almost blended in with her cream dress that made her look like she was glowing. She has to be glowing. Her face was that of a goddess. She had a small straight nose that was slightly turned upwards and under that was beautiful plump lips painted a gorgeous shade off glossy cherry red. Her eyes were a deep baked brown with flecks of gold that shined brighter than any golden coin. And Ludwig has seen quite a few.

"I want you to meet my best friend, Zinerva. Isn't she bello?"

She lifts a small dainty hand to brush away some spirals of hair out of her face. She timidly sticks put her hand and looks down. Ludwig could see Zinerva blushes wildly. He feels himself heat up as he grabs her hand.

"Zinerva, this is Ludwig. He's a country just like me! He's the country of Germany. Hes really really nice. I'll take this and leave you two alone Now Imma go make some pasta! Ve~"

The jovial Italian man looked at Ludwig with a sly smirk, grabbed to plate of food from Zinerva and ran inside.

"H-hallo, um you can go inside i-if you uh you want." Ludwig studdered, blushing.

"Um that's ok. I'm good with cars so maybe I could help. If t-thats ok with y-you." Zinerva blushed and walked closer to the car.

The german personification nodded and turned back to the car. He explained what happened and they both began to work on the car.

"Then we ran out of food while camping, pour this into that tube, and some other friends came and helped us. There. All done." Ludwid stood up and smiled.

They worked and talked for hours and Zinerva felt as if she and Ludwig had been friends for a great amount of time. She learned his hardships and ,to her surprise, she told him many of hers.

"Yknow, you're not like other girls. I like that. I uh I like you." He looked down at his boots.

"W-well t-thanks. I really like you too." She mumbled. She blushed and wiped the back of your hand on your cheek, smearing some oil on her skin.

"Oil is bad for your skin, Zinerva." Ludwig muttered as he brushed it off with his thumb and leaned in. She leaned in, as well, seeing where this was going.
