Dale's Pov
It was a rainy day; the clouds seemed to embrace the sky, casting a grey pall. The atmosphere darkened to the deepest shades of grey. As time passed, the first droplets began to fall, releasing the earth's calming scents. People nearby started to hustle, seeking shelter under the shed to protect their goods from spoilage.
The young man begins to grunt in frustration. He needs to get to the post office but doesn't have an umbrella with him. He couldn't drive his car because the road is though completed, was littered with large rocks and potholes. As the rain falls faster, large puddles begin to form, and he finds himself surrounded; every shop is closed due to the downpour.
Unable to return home for an umbrella or call his brothers for the help, he was stranded here with no idea to where to go. In haste, he dashes toward an abandoned shop to shield his files, draping his black coat over them. His white shirt is soaked through, clinging to his skin as if it were a second layer. Dale dials the AB's number and just hoping it to get connected. He huffed at same response "The number you have dialed is currently out of the reach, please try again" for nth times.
Dale: Tf he is literally in the same region from where I'm at now, but still the call can't get connected. This stupid agency, if this continue, I will definitely freeze to my death. Literally no vehicles are coming at this way to ask for drop at least. *Rubs his arms for some warmth*

Dinesh Pov,
The sunshine, in fact, did not last very long, and the gloomy nature of a rainy day might dampen the mood for other humans. However, for him, it was a time to create scenarios in his lovely mind, cherishing how the raindrops fell on his palm. He simply wished for a companion to share this moment with, enjoying the rain in the background.
As the rickshaw driver took a sharp turn, he splashed a puddle of muddy water onto a person standing at the corner, drenching him further. Feeling guilty, Dino stopped the rickshaw and, with an umbrella in hand, got down to see if the person was alright. He observed the individual trying to wipe the muddy water from his face, standing there without an umbrella. Although Dino couldn't see his face, a surge of protectiveness overwhelmed him. He reached for his handkerchief to help the person clean his face.
The man drew him close by his waist, ensuring his grip remained firm. As Dino wiped his face, the man slowly opened his green eyes— the same green eyes Dino had seen in the market, belonging to the man who gave him the pendant. The man looked at Dino, startled, and pushed him away. The umbrella slipped from Dino's grasp, but he quickly recovered it before it could be swept away by the flowing water.
Dale: I'm really sorry, I didn't recognize you. And also sorry for holding you so tightly without your consent *Pleading eyes*
Dino: No, It's fine, Mr. Pendant giver? What are you doing in such a heavy rain without an umbrella? *Avoids looking down*
Dale: I was going to the post office to send these files to my boss
Dino was kicking himself for not watching those cheesy action flicks where the heroes dramatically tear open their shirts. If he had, maybe he could handle all these six-pack abs better. Why do law uniforms have to be white, anyway? The rain isn't doing him any favors either; his sleeves are rolled up, showing off his arms. He could practically see the guy's abs through his shirt. Dino didn't even notice he was blushing like crazy, his face turning as red as a cherry. Meanwhile, Dale was convinced he was coming down with a fever from getting soaked in the rain.
Dale: Are you alright Kiddo? Your face is looking so red. You are feeling feverish by the chance. *Concerned*
Dino: No, not at all. I should be the one asking you this question. You are literally wet and also sorry for splashing muddy puddle on you *Feeling sorry*
