Nausea flooded the Serbian girl the second her eyes fluttered open. Her head was spinning uncontrollably, the overcoming dizziness unabling her ability to get up from the ground. Her hand wandered around, trying to find something to hold onto.

It finally made contact with a cold metal doorknob. She pulled herself up, suppressing a groan. She blinked away the headache, realisation that everything was back to normal dawning on her.

She needed to check on Ashlyn, immediately. Pushing past the door, she sprinted to the ginger's bedroom, ignoring the aching of her head.

"Mia?" the ginger let out upon hearing the slamming of the door. The black haired girl threw herself onto the ginger, holding her in a tight embrace. Mia was shaking, so Ashlyn opted for tapping the girls back in a soothing motion.

"Ashlyn..Mia?" the hispanic girl groaned out, woken up by the thud that the balkan girl made when she jumped onto the bed. "Are.. we back on the bed?" she asked, rubbing her head.

As if the sudden realisation hit her, Taylor gasped "Where's the others? Are the monsters still-" she stopped when the ginger shot up and grabbed her hand. "So it did happen- you remember right?!" the ginger stressed.

"What do you-" Taylor was cut off by a sudden dizziness. The three girls ran to the bathroom.

Mia held her hair above the bathtub, Ashlyn by her side. Taylor was sprawled out on the floor with her above the toilet. Just when Mia would take a break from vomiting, she would catch a glimpse of the green substance at the bottom of the bathtub and another wave of nausea would come over her.

All the gaging and retching woke up their two other roommates. The two girls were roaming around the bathroom door, rubbing away the sleepiness from their eyes. "Tay.. Mia... Ashlyn?" the blond muttered, worried when she saw the state in which the three girls were in "Are you guys okay?!"

There were other voices coming from the living room "Taylor, Ashlyn, Mia! Are you in here?!" The question was left unanswered, none of the girls having enough strength to say anything.

"Ah! Found 'em!" an energetic voice appeared from behind Sarah and Emma. The two girls jumped when they felt a hand on their shoulders. "Gah?! What are you doing in here?! Get out!" Emma shouted at the boy.

He looked from one girl to the other, then asked "Wait, aren't you two supposed to be dead or somethin?" Mia would have laughed at his blunt comment were she not throwing her guts out.

A hand showed the blond boy's head. In came a worried Tyler "Move-" His eyes searched for his sister, relief settling in him when he found her in one piece.

"Ah, I feel another wave coming on-" the blond boy muttered before he and Tyler joined the three girls.

Just what the hell was going on?

PRESENT TIME

"I still think we should go back to Savannah." Tyler said, calmer now that he let out the frustration from his system.

"...Alright, let's take some time to think on it again and have a group vote later tonight." the ginger said, but Mia knew what that meant. This would be the pfourth time they would hold a group vote and it would always end the same. Her and Tyler would vote for going while the other five would vote against it and there was nothing the two could say to change their minds.

"Why not after school?" he asked, irritated that she was putting this off, as if it wasn't important.

The ginger rubbed her head, his persistence getting on her nerves. "Because I have ballet class today." she answered.
