THE PICTURE AT THE TOP IS PERCY WHEN HE IS FULLY CHANGED
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I came to in the infirmary. I tried to look around, and groaned, my head was killing me.
I looked over and saw Chloe asleep in a chair beside my bed.
Her eyes fluttered open and a smile spread across her face when she realized I was awake." Thank gods." She hopped up and wrapped me in a hug. "I thought you weren't going to wake up."
She looked like she wanted to ask me something but she bit her tongue, which I was grateful for.
When she pulled back I swung my legs over the side of the bed.
"Whoa" Chloe stood up,  "What are you doing."
"I need to talk to Chaos."
"You need to rest Percy."
I sighed, "Fine."
She smiled and leaned back in her chair. A few minutes passed until my ADHD kicked in and I had to get up.
"Ok, that's enough rest." I said and extended my arm to her. She rolled her eyes and put her hand in mine and pulled me up.
We left the infirmary and walked in comfortable silence until we got to the throne room.
"Do you want me to come in with you?" She asked
"No, I need to talk to him alone. I'll see you later." She nodded in understanding and gave me a quick kiss before heading back to her room.
I took a deep breath and pushed open the throne room doors. Chaos was talking to someone else and looked up when he heard me enter.
He looked back at the other person. "You're dismissed." He said and the other person bowed and left.
"Perseus, I was wondering when you'd come by." He said
I bowed and said, "it's just Percy my lord."
"Right sorry." He said. Smirking at my boldness.
"I wanted to talk to you about what happened yesterday." He nodded signaling me to go on. "I don't know exactly what happened but, when I fought Andrew... I-I changed. I don't know what it was but I changed."
He turned away, "I feared this would happen." He said quietly, talking more to himself than to me.
"What? You knew about this? What is it?" I said.
"When I first recruited you, I saw it buried deep inside you. I didn't say anything because I didn't think it would ever actually emerge." He said.
"You didn't answer my question! What is it?" I said, starting to raise my voice.
He sighed and turned to me. "There is no exact name for it; it's so rare that nobody has bothered to come up with one. The best way I can put is that you have... a beast inside of you. It responds to your emotions, more specifically anger. You saw that you began to change when you got angry."
I looked down at the floor for a minute letting it all sink in. "Percy, this is a gift as well as a powerful weapon when used correctly."
"I don't want it. How do I get rid of it?" I said frantically.
"I'm sorry Percy but you can't get rid of it."
"I want you to train me to control it. I don't want to lose control again."
He opened his mouth and I cut him off, " My lord, if I hurt Chloe or anyone else for that matter, Id never forgive myself." I said.
Chaos sighed. "Ok. We start traing tommorrow at 9:00 AM."
I nodded determinedly, "Thank you Chaos." I bowed and left the throne room. I turned down the hallway and walked to the traing room, I needed to blow off some steam.
I pushed open the traing doors and scanned the room for someone to spar with. My gaze settled on Lee, one of my best friends and an Arashikage ninja warrior. I made my way over to him and asked him if he wanted to spar and he nodded so we made our way to the middle of the room and took our stances. I uncapped Riptide and Lee slid one of his katanas out of its sheath on his back. We stood there for a second before Lee made the first move, slashing at my legs. I parried his strike and slashed at his left arm and he blocked it. For a while we went back and forth; I would strike and he would parry then he would strike and I would block it. Soon we were nothing but a blur and everyone watching could barely keep up. Just when it seemed that no one was going to be able to the upper hand; Lee stepped to the side to dodge one of my strikes and he kicked my sword hand sending Riptide skittering across the floor.
Lee didn't hesitate to continue his barrage of attacks. I hesitated and waited until the last second to lean back just enough to let the tip of his sword slice the air an inch from my nose. Lee hesitated, not long, but long enough for me to step inside his guard and jab him in the ribs causing him to stumble back allowing me to grab his arm and put pressure on his wrist causing him to drop his sword.
Lee escaped my grip and shoved me. I slid back and Lee unsheathed his other katana and motioned for me to come at him. I smirked and reached into my pocket; I pulled out a white ballpoint pen and uncapped it. In less than a second I was holding a three and a half foot long greek sword. It looked similar to Riptide except the blade was pure white and the hilt was as black as night.
