(22) KITCHEN ROMANCE

Next Morning.

In Avaitya's room:

As the couple was sleeping peacefully, cuddling up with each other, Aditya was the first one to open his eyes. As he opened them, he saw the most beautiful sight of his life - his Janna, sleeping peacefully, with her head on his chest while his hands gently wrapped around her waist.

He gently moved her hair back as they were blocking his beautiful scenery. After a few minutes, Avantika opened her eyes; she saw Aditya admiring her. She asked shyly:

Avantika: "Ese kyun dekh rahe ho aap?"

Aditya: "Dekh raha hu koi itna khubsurat kaise ho sakta hai."

Avantika smiled shyly. But then her eyes went to the clock hanging on the wall in front of the bed. Her eyes widened as she noticed the time. It was 8:30 a.m. She jumped on the bed, scaring Aditya. She then asked him:

Avantika: "Aap kitni der se jage huye ho?"

Aditya: "I didn’t notice the time, but still I guess around 45 minutes se."

Avantika: "Adi, aap pagal hai. Kya uthaya kyun nahi mujhe aapne. Aaj mera job pe pehla din hai aur mein late ho chuki hu."

Aditya: "Are relax, koi kuch nahi bolega."

Avantika: "Kya koi kuch nahi bolega. Aapki param pujniye Bua shree ji  kha jayegi mujhe ek toh unki sakal se hi pata chalta hai she doesn’t like me."

Aditya: "Janna, tum faltu ki baaton ko chor aur late ho rahi ho, go get ready fast."

Avantika: "Chalo, aapne kuch toh sahi kaha."

Then she got ready in beautiful peach colour poshak. She came out of the closet but did not find Aditya in the room. So she went downstairs alone. She saw everyone gathered on the dining table. As only a few guests were staying till remaining rituals. She went towards them while covering her head and took elders' blessing till then Aditya also came downstairs. But Bua-sa being Bua-sa interrupted:

Bua-sa: "Ye koi time hove hai uthne ka, aaram se aati bindani abhi toh 9 hi baje hai ."

Avantika gave Aditya a look - "I told you look" - and he just nodded his head and said - "Kya Bua-sa aap bhi itni bhi koi badi baat nahi hai, hum thak gaye the back to back rituals se, isliye late ho gaye."

Sanvi: "Haa-Haa, sahi hai ek din hue nahu biwi ne aaye aur tu mujhe hi  galt bol raha hai."

Aditya: "Bua-sa " Gayatri: "Jane de Sanvi," Avantika beta jao aur bhog ke liye kuch meetha bana do aaj tumhari pehli rasoi hai na isliye."

Avantika: "Ji Dadisa."

Avantika left towards the kitchen. While Gayatri Ji said - "Meera, jaa dekh aage Avantika ko kuch chahiye toh."

Sanni: "Koi zaroorat na hai bas meetha banane ke liye hi bola hai, itna toh aata hi hoga na."

Aditya excused himself and went inside the kitchen.

On the other side, In Kitchen.

Avantika's POV:

Dadisa asked me to prepare a sweet dish. Right now I'm thinking what should I make when I feel two hands sneaking around my waist. I flinched a little. Just joking guyzz I knew who it was. "Aditya" I whispered - " Jii Janna" he replied so calmly

I replied shyly calling him "Aap kya kar rahe hai yahaa par, chodiye mujhe koi aa jayega."

Aditya: "Koi nahi ayega."

Avantika: "Kya matlab?"

Aditya: "Yeh mein sabke samne aaya hu na kitchen mein toh itna toh unhe bhi samajna chahiye na ke give some privacy to newly wed ."
