Sarinah
Throughout my childhood in the kingdom of Gretenbells, among the hundreds of members of my clan, I was only ever told about marriage in positive terms, as something beautiful and idyllic. But everything I was repeatedly told and taught about this custom was wrong.
Well, does it only concern me?
I mean, in my case, the choice was merely an option. An option set aside the moment a soul more charitable than the others objected to it.
I had no say in anything, whether it was the organization of the festivities or the choice of my husband.
Since that fateful day when I was bound beneath that altar, my life has become an even greater hell than it already was due to my defeat. A daily suffering.
But perhaps I just don't want to admit to myself that everything happening is entirely due to my lack of strength? I no longer want to be weak. I want to take my revenge. To honor them all. To seek forgiveness.
And for that, I must kill him. I must kill Goliath Rudrius.
Goliath
I was often taught as a child that anyone who was weak put the lives of their loved ones in jeopardy. I grew up learning not to have a weak point. I grew up learning that weakness is nothing but a lack of physical strength, thus putting oneself at a disadvantage in battle.
I believed this for a long time...
But that girl opened my eyes to something...
The true weakness is not admitting that we all have it.
This woman had too much pride to lay down her arms and admit her physical inferiority, and she paid the price for it. I decided to make her a damned soul and to become her infernal executioner.
And for that, I must break her. I must break Sarinah Salarius.
