Amberlee's P.O.V.

I was exploring my Uncle's house when I came across a slightly open door. This is odd because every door in the house is usually shut if the room isn't in use, and from what I know, this room has never been in use. Curious about why this door was open, I inched the door open more and walked in. There was nothing in this room except an ornate wardrobe. I walked closer to the wardrobe to see the carvings on it.

The carvings were beautifully detailed. My favorite were the lion carvings in the top left and right corners of the wardrobe. I admired the craftsmanship for a little longer before leaving the room. Right as I got to the door, I heard a strange noise coming from behind me. I turned around just as a little girl tumbled out of the wardrobe.

"Oh my! Where did you come from? How-" I said shocked.

'Where did this little girl come from? How did she get into the house without any of the staff knowing?'

I looked at the little girl in front of me and she looked terrified. She was covered in dirt and pine needles.

"Hello, little one. Are you okay?" I said quietly trying not to scare her any more than she already was.

"Where am I? Where's Mama and Papa?" she asked timidly.

"I don't know where your parents are little one. Can you tell me how you got here? When was the last time you saw your parents?" I asked, I tried getting closer to her but she backed up and whimpered.

"Okay, alright. I see that you are frightened, I'll stay right here. I won't come any closer. I'll let you come to me when you're ready." I told her holding my hands up and then sitting on the floor. She nodded her head and stayed where she was. It was silent for a moment before she started speaking.

"Mama, Papa, and I were running. Mama had picked me up because I couldn't run fast. We split up. Mama hid me in a group of trees and hid my scent." the little girl started.

"She kept running. I heard a roar and I got scared. I walked back and then suddenly I was in there." she pointed to the wardrobe.

"I tried going back but I couldn't. So I walked forward and fell out," she said and she started tearing up.

"Mama, Papa! Where's my Mama and Papa?!" she sobbed.

I walked over to her and when I didn't see her move away. I sat beside her and held her. She turned onto my shoulder and cried. I tried to soothe her as much as I could, but I didn't know what to say; I didn't know her. She cried for 10 minutes before she succumbed to sleep.

I sat there for a few minutes, going over the past half hour in my head.

'A little girl came from inside the wardrobe. She and her parents were being chased by something, maybe an animal. Her mother hid her in a group of trees and she wound up here.'

I pondered this for a while.

'It doesn't matter, she is here now. For now, I will take care of her, let's hope Uncle Digory doesn't mind an extra guest.'

I picked the little girl up and walked out of the room. I headed down to the second floor where my bedroom was. When I got there, I put the little girl in my bed. Not caring if she got my sheets dirty. They can be washed.

After I put her into my bed and made sure she was comfortable, I left the room and headed to my Uncle Digory's study.

When I got to the door of my Uncle's study I knocked on the door.

"Come in," a voice from behind the door said. I opened the door and walked in, closing the door behind me.

"Amber, what can I do for you child?" Uncle Digory asked.

"Ah, something happened. It's going to seem farfetched but please hear me out." I told him as I sat on the loveseat near the door. After I said that my Uncle stood from his desk walked to the armchair that was beside the loveseat and sat.

"Okay, why don't you start from the beginning." my Uncle said.

"Okay well, I was wandering the halls of the house, when I came upon a door that wasn't locked. I thought this odd because it was one of the rooms that we don't use. So, I walked inside and all there was in the room was an ornate wardrobe and there was no one in the room." I stopped for a minute and looked at my Uncle, I saw that his eyes were wide.

'Does he know? Does he know where the little girl came from?' I thought and then I continued.

"I admired the craftsmanship of the wardrobe for a few minutes and then turned around to walk out of the room. When I got to the door, I heard a noise from behind me. I turned around and there was a little girl on the floor." I heard my Uncle gasp. I looked up at him and his jaw was dropped and his eyes were wide.

"Narnia" I heard him mumble.

"What?" I asked

"Ah, well I think I know where the little girl is from." Uncle Digory said.

"Huh?! How?!" I asked shocked.
