So I've been wanting to write a Harry fic for so long and I've started a few but haven't really felt invested in them but I finally have a story I feel confident about and that I want to share with you all!
Obviously, all of the usual disclaimers apply to my story: the use of the name and face of Harry Styles is for purely fictional purposes. None of the elements of this story are any reflection of the real-life Harry Styles as this is a work of fiction!!!
As this is a STORY, please note that I have changed some things around in terms of timelines and events to fit the plot of the story but is still BASED off of Harry's career. So if something is incorrect, it is to retain the story's cohesiveness.
I'm also new to posting a full, consistent story online and will be actively reading the comments so if there are any suggestions or recommendations you have, please feel free to comment; I love feedback :). With that in mind, please bear with me, I am trying my best to give you the best story and experience possible! Now, let's get into the good stuff!!

Instead of gaining notoriety for his new career, Harry was making up for all the years he missed out on the wild side of fame due to his "good boy" image. Breaking the previous confines he faced as a member of One Direction, Harry's entire solo career is set to fail before it even has the opportunity to launch.
After spending her first year out of college trying to get as much experience in the writing field as possible, Charli Mars was ready to finally experience the real, professional world of journalism. Following years of what seems like endless fluffy blog posts, celebrity gossip columns, and honestly any job that came her way, Charli finally gets her big break that anyone in her industry would kill to get: to conduct a one-on-one, two-month-long retreat with one of the most famous men in the music world for a front page, a feature article in the world-renowned Rolling Stones magazine. The downside? The man she is about to spend two months with in an attempt to write a career-making article for both of them happens to be the music scene's newest bad boy who would rather be out at the hottest clubs with the hottest woman than with a hard-headed girl who, unlike the rest of the world, refuses to take his shit, and whose job is to learn everything there is to know about Harry Styles.
Disclaimers and other fun stuff:
As I previously mentioned, this story is supposed to take place at the start of Harry's solo career. In order to make it fit the vibe of the story, I have changed the timeline around a decent amount but has little to no effect on the actual story, it is just a preference I have. Instead of Harry beginning his solo career with HS1 in 2017, this story starts with Harry being fresh out of One Direction and beginning to write HS1 in 2019. Besides the years, everything in general is the same (in terms of timeline).
For the face claims, in terms of our lovely FMC, Charli, for now, I have decided to leave it up to you. For the supporting characters, I am still up in the air about face claims but this will come as we go! Again, if you are reading and are picturing a specific person for any of the characters, let me know in the comments–I'd be happy to add the face claims you guys picture when you read my story!

Warnings: This story is mature meaning there will be graphic and explicit scenes (oh I cannot wait for this) and these scenes will occur quite...often during this book so this is the one warning I will be giving you all in terms of sexual content. The beginning is a slow burn but once it gets going it gets going so! Here is your warning! There will also be themes of violence, including domestic violence, drug use, heavy drinking, and addiction, themes of SA and SH, and themes of mental health issues. If there are chapters that I believe need a warning I will definitely add one but again, if you read a chapter that you find to be troubling, please let me know and I will add a warning if there is not one already. In the same light, if there are chapters that are extra heavy and some people feel as though they shouldn't read them, put your mental health first and please let me know, I am more than happy to write sub-chapters that contain the main point of the chapter without any of the triggering themes!
