But the worst part would always be when they took over your body, made you do things you didn't want to do. Lloyd took a shaky breath; he was safe for now. Morro was gone, doing something with Ronin. He might still be trapped, but at least he was free of him if only for a little while. He should have tried to escape, that he knew but his body rebelled, he was tired, his head ached like it was only just aware of the sharp spike that had been there for days. He glanced at the unconscious form on the floor. He was too tired to do anything but try to rest, but he couldn't, not when Morro was free of him not when he couldn't constrain him.
